22 years ago I met someone, she was dressed wild, talked very weird too. Different religious beliefs as well. I met her at school and every time she moved it was like everyone's eyes were on her. Something that never in my life wanted closed to me. Time goes by and we got to talk, get to know as classmate and found out she was living few blocks from my house. Like I said different religion that she lied about to her friends when they found me in her house. We became very good friends but her church did not allowed her to have friends from other religions. I was considered a worldly person. However, with my actions and the way of my life, this never stopped her from us being not friends. Now, 22 years later, or more this has shown my family that the outside cover is not what a person is! She has changed a lot because she is older lady now, but still that spirit wanting to be unique is there on her. She became a very good friend & love her as a sister despite she doesn't like my choices. It's surprising how difficult is to accept others differences but with patience we can learn to tolerate and learn to live in this very complex world.
