  • This video shows you why and how I modified my USMLE Step 1 First Aid book. This simple modification can be used on any book that you plan to use frequently. Since First Aid is the ultimate review book for the boards, I took some time to highlight how I use this book. These are my personal study strategies and do not reflect anyone else! Hope you find this helpful.
    Here are the resources I love:
    First Aid 2018 (rstyle.me/n/cudtpmcdpcx)
    Pathoma (rstyle.me/n/cubar5cdpcx)
    Rapid Review Pathology (rstyle.me/n/cudk7dcdpcx)
    uWorld (www.uworld.com/purchase.aspx)
    First Aid 2017 Note: this is the version I use because I started a few months ago. If you haven't started buy the most up to date version. But if you have an older version don't worry about updating it, there's usually very little changes (rstyle.me/n/cudtpmcdpcx)
    Helpful additional resources:
    Doctor in Training (www.doctorsintraining.com)
    Sketchy videos (www.sketchymedical.com)
    Clinical Micro Made Ridiculously Easy (rstyle.me/n/cu3s83cdpcx)
    Please read my original blog post on USMLE high yield study strategy and watch the video in my channel for more information about this exam and the resources I like to use! (www.fifteenblades.com/single-...)
    Thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to like, comment and subscribe to my channel!

    Nice video, thinking about getting my FA spiral bound. Can you explain more about the transparent and rubber sheets you had them place in the book? Where did you put each of those sheets?

    What is the best way to avoid nerve damage during a wisdom tooth extraction?

    • @kalimdorchooza5325
      @kalimdorchooza5325 5 років тому

      Get an OPG to determine the proximity of the mandibular molar to the alveolar nerve. Discuss the risk with your dentist. He/she will decide the most suitable approach for the extraction. You may then proceed with the complete/partial extraction in the clinic/OR.
