I dont eat 4 meals, lucky to eat two meals, sometimes even 1! I did work with a bloke once, we were in the construction industry and he was training for a body building competition, he ate 5 times a day, he spent 4 hours every Sunday prepping all of his meals into disposable takeaway containers, he would literally fill up half of our camp fridge with prepped meals 😂 but in the space of 8 weeks working I watched him go from 25% body fat (average) to 7% body fat. He had veins popping out in places I didn't think existed 😅, I guess I'm trying to say it is possible, but does take extreme dedication, its even harder with kids, but possible

I got a bottle …self water …measures how much I drink …I try to drink a a bottle and a half I try to drink still water but I makes me sick if I drink too much so atm I’m drinking sparkling water sometimes ….I drink 2 coffees and sometimes I drink ice tea Congrats on the win v Storm …was annoyed but cows are my second team so win win loss I guess
@Chad Townsend, mate that diet is pretty terrible. Where is the fruit? An Athlete should be eating high carb, low fat, high protein. Eat way more fruit, switch the farmed meats out for wild meats (lower in fat). Supplement protein with WPI powder. And get away from the oils, cook without Oil on non-stick pans, or on a charcoal grill. Do this, and you'll see the form of your life. You need a ton of carbs to fill your glycogen levels out. You are running on half a fuel tank, not good for performance. I would say, you are undereating, and only staying at your weight because of a high fat diet.
