i think it's more of how sk people know what a military person is supposed to look like and he looked fake tbh, with his hair length and uniform. Uncle's in the military. I was supposed to join but decided not to after corruption seeped into the force too. Remember, Kargil veterans KIA families were given land and homes in a society in Mumbai and it was demolished just 3 years after citing a technicality. In my locality (Rajasthan) which is supposed to be one of the more patriotic states, there are Kargil vets thrown in street by families and they need to litetally move pillar post to get a job as a lowly paid security guard. In India, Army life is good if ya get commissioned. Otherwise, u will be disappointed.

아마 이 영상보고 왜 안도와주지라고 생각하시는 분들은 미필이거나 3~40대 이상이거나 아니면 평상시 군인을 전혀 만나보지 못하신 분 같아요..딱 봐도 군인 복장이 아니잖아요? 머리 길이도 그렇고.. 나이 많으신 분들이 도와준 이유도 아들같다고 생각한것도 있지만 의심이 없어서 도와준 사람도 많을거 같아요
I cried when the soldier was refused help, I guess people were too busy with their lives and forgot that the freedom they now enjoyed was through the soldiers' efforts in making the country peaceful and free. Kudos to those who pull out their wallets. Soldiers should be appreciated!
You can look af this from s South Korean's perspective too. In most of the countries, people join the military by their own will while in SK,it is mandatory for everyone to serve in the army, so spotting a soldier on the streets might be a regular thing for them as many of the people have themselves served in the army.

I don’t know why but my tears suddenly fell when the Grandpa gave him the money. 😭 Of all the people he approached, Grandpa is one of the kind hearted person who helped him. I remember my late grandpa whom I never met in person.
Firstly he did so because he had too served military so he values the service given by someone else to the country. Secondly, his age is crucial because most of us realise this during old age that money doesn't matters much ! What matters is welfare of others, relationships and our health.

Well it’s not about the soldiers particularly in this case. People are just not as stupefied towards defence forces personnel unlike India and US because Koreans are really acclimatised to it and most men have been in the army. In certain countries, a uniform makes a huge impression on people, in Korea people just get acclimatised to it.

I cried when the soldier was refused help, I guess people were too busy with their lives and forgot that the freedom they now enjoyed was through the soldiers' efforts in making the country peaceful and free. Kudos to those who pull out their wallets. Soldiers should be appreciated!

You can look af this from s South Korean's perspective too. In most of the countries, people join the military by their own will while in SK,it is mandatory for everyone to serve in the army, so spotting a soldier on the streets might be a regular thing for them as many of the people have themselves served in the army.

Well it’s not about the soldiers particularly in this case. People are just not as stupefied towards defence forces personnel unlike India and US because Koreans are really acclimatised to it and most men have been in the army.

The girl is just so kind, she directly want to help without expecting the money to be return back becuz he is a soldier, that just pure heart. The old men too is heart melting moment. Soldier serve for the country and for the safety of the civilians, 20,000 won is just nothing compared to it.
요즘 지갑이랑 핸드폰 잃어버렸다면서 돈 뜯는 사기 수법이 있어서 더 안도와주는 것 같아요ㅠㅠ 저도 솔직히 군복입은 사람이 아닌 민간인이었다면 안도와줬을 것 같아요,,
맞습니다... 사기 수법은 나날이 진화해 나가고 있고 착함이 미덕인 세상은 이미 오래전에 끝났다고 봐야죠... 어느 한쪽이 정답이 될 순 없겠지만 저런 상황에선 소신껏 Yes or NO 답을 내려야 한다고 생각이 드네요

military service is mandatory in South Korea. Every male between the age of 18-28 has to serve for country for 2 years even celebrities so it's very common like a office worker here that's why many people denied to give the money and it was very expensive too around 1300 rs.
