      Thanks Jim! I’m thinking the land I want to look at on Friday sold because the realtor isn’t returning our calls. Take care 😊

    How much does 10 acres cost in northern Wisconsin?

    Wow. So many regulations on rural property compared to western IL.
    We do not have these regulations you described. No permits. Absolute freedom. Your land looks very nice! Enjoy

      That’s great! Northern WI is definitely better than southern WI, but it would be nice if we had a little more freedom over our property. Still so glad we have it! It really is beautiful!

    Why Amsterdam in the background ?

    • @SilverLiningDayDreams
      @SilverLiningDayDreams  Рік тому +1

      You noticed 😊😂
      Most people would have no idea that was in Amsterdam.
      I admit, it was a poor choice for a background, but we do not have a lot of options in our house with lighting the way it is. Hopefully we can do more on site videos once the snow melts and we can get up to the land that we just bought a couple days ago. If you’re interested, if you haven’t watched it yet, our most recent video is the actual 10 acre land that we just bought; which was a better thumbnail for that one 😂
      Take care 😊

    How does your county approach rainwater collection as your primary water supply?

    • @SilverLiningDayDreams
      @SilverLiningDayDreams  Рік тому +2

      Great question… actually we don’t know. This county is pretty lax I suspect so that if over a roof no issues. I’m putting that on my to do list and will get back to you 😊

      Thanks. One of my top issues/questions as I look for an off-grid homesite, as I would like to rely 100% on rainwater for my household water, in conjunction with water-saving strategies as needed.

      @sherjohn2116 It is me indeed, and thanks for the kind words. As part of my writing, I think a lot about sustainable and off-grid living.

      Respectfully disagree!
      For a well seasoned land buyer our video may not be as helpful.
      But for a newbie there are subtle tips to glean we believe. Depends on your prior knowledge base.
      Take care 😊
