- With Dr. Eggman defeated, Gemerl withdrawn, and the Princess safe, Emerl's business in Soleanna seemed to be at an end. But, in an unforeseen moment of pandemonium, Sonic lost his life at the hands of the infernal Mephiles. Unable to fight Emerl head-on, Mephiles exploited a fatal flaw in the ancient droid's architecture: its dependence on the “link” and loyalty to its master. Sonic's demise dissolved the link he shared with Emerl. And without this bond, the Gizoid reverted to an obedient state.
With Iblis at his side, Mephiles moves in to form his own link with Emerl, laying claim to his inner power. The dawn of the sun god is now at hand. Its insatiable hunger will lay waste to all corners of reality. But there is an old legend surrounding the Gizoid; it is written that a figure falling from the heavens will ultimately unify all. Is this truly the end? Or just the beginning?

Good to see you again. Which what if story is getting an update this time?
Yeah I figured it out from the “last time on-“ segment, but it still makes for a good refresher none the less.
The return of the Ultimate gizod or what some people would like to call him Robo Jesus. Better than Sonic and Eilesa kissing scene though!🤣
Other stories like the sequel to this one ,lost Hex Espio ,the Wherehog after generations, & Permanent eggman and knuckles duo from workbench channel Should all be continued?
Thanks to both IDW and the new sonic games that would bringing more intrigue as was any Inclusions of others parts of sonic media like the Soul dimension, Stix the Bagder, The prime prism dimensions, or New plans of doctor Starline.
Although the Gamma dying story could either conclude there Or Someone else like Doctor Starline, Eggman, or Neo Metal Sonic swoops in to make a deal with Aya in order to save gamma with a little twist of the story continuing on, plus The conflict that just happened in the jungle and ruins might grab the attention of Stix the badger as a third party.
Some forethought for your new plans, I like to hear your opinions on this. I've always been a big fan of these custom What if stories with video editing with the detail put into this using Canon Lore, and to see your work coming back after almost 4 years I'm am quite anxious to see:

The only thing that would mostly change is that Gerald wouldn't do his revenge plan, and Shadow probably would be turned into a Ultimate weapon by gun
And probably everyone would at least know about him in the sonic univer...

I know that now might not be the best time, considering how busy you are from what I've gathered, but I think I have an idea for a possible plot point in whatever part the Werehog What If takes place during Lost World. In one of your theorist archive videos, you theorized that when the Zeti were absorbing the planet's energy, they were also absorbing the energies of Light and Dark Gaia. Perhaps this could also have an effect on the werehog?

Alright so when you combine Emerl’s base abilities, the powers that he already copied from Mephilis, Sonic, and his friends, Gemerl’s powers, the 7 chaos emeralds, and the energy absorbed by Solaris, Masterl has the potential to become one of if not THE most powerful Sonic character *ever*

What if you swapped characters around like swapping Sonic with Blaze? Blaze the fire throwing high speed fighter for Mobuis and Sonic high speed prince of the Sol dimension. Keeping their personalities similar but changed a little with their new upbringing. Blaze "Uncle Chuck how is it that i'm a cat but you and my parents were hedgehogs?".
Amy with Rogue or Whisper in Sonic CD Metal Sonic tries to kidnap Whisper but Whisper just opens fire although she wouldn't have wisps since its before Sonic Colours so its probably a laser blaster. Metal Sonic "Sonic help me she's crazy get me outta here!" He's slowly dragged into the darkness his metallic fingers try to dig into the ground.
Shadow with Maria maybe during his time on the arc Dr Gerald Robotnik figured out how to cure Maria but Shadow would have to give his powers to Maria turning Shadow into a normal hedgehog person then all the stuff happens causing Maria to be sent to Earth and shadow dying. Tails "So you had a hedgehog buddy too?" Maria "Yeah...but he's dead now" Tails "...that's rough buddy".
What if the idw comic characters like Tangle and whisper was in the games.

Now thinking about it, Emerl's brothers having personalities is not possible. Wasn't Gerald's intervention what gave Emerl his personality? These two were never even seen by Gerald, thus they can't have personalities, and should be more like mindless mechs
All we know is: Gerald gave Emerl a "soul" so to speak, he didn't craft a personality-Emerl's personality came from Sonic and the others. (It's also possible that Emerl's true personality is his power-hungry self when he loses control.)
Scylla and Charyb had their personalities in Chronicles, so I can only assume that they also derived theirs from experiences with the Nocturnus. Either that or they were built with them.
@@segascourge I understand what you mean, but I would argue the soul and the capability to have a personality are too closely connected to exist one without the other. And the other Gizmos, are totaly blank (or maybe they are not, and just imitating the British royal guard) so these two being special was always wierd to me. But ok, it is Sonic Chronicles, doing these type of stuff, is one of the reasons why they are hard to consider as canon.

What if Blaze couldn’t return to her world after sonic rush? Maybe even the opposite. What if Sonic and Tails got stuck in Blazes dimension.
Idk how this would happen but I think its both an interesting idea and a creative outlet if you end up choosing the second, because Blaze’s world hasn’t really been explored all that much. Cant wait for the next installment of sonic what if :)
Id just like to mention how neat it is that the Black Shadow concept may actually become canon now with sonic x shadow generations
