When it comes to concentrated acid, the gloves will at least absorb some of the acid and corrosiveness before your skin. So it's better than bare skin.
After the acid is diluted, the protected is even greater. Little protection is always better than no protection.

I'm trying to dilute 32% HCL to 15% and end with a 1 fluid oz volume.
Hopefully my terminology is correct in that question.
What volume of h2o is required for the desired solution?
Is a safe estimated volume to say 3 parts water to 1 part hcl?

Not littoral but for layman's term, and to sound simple, I could begin with a 1oz shot glass that is 3/4 water then pour the hcl to the 1oz mark (stir) and have a 15% solutions?
I'm sure that's incorrect which is why I am asking.
