  • In this episode of the podcast, Nurse John invites Stan, a Police Officer, who is, if not, the biggest and most controversial red flag in P’s of nursing. Stan shares his life story, struggles and challenges in his profession and why he ended up dating an Emergency Room Nurse. We also sat this police officer down to answer the juiciest and spiciest questions that us healthcare workers have brought to the table for our beloved police officers.

His voice is so calming and makes me almost fall asleep. He would be a good ASMR rambling video.

This was a great podcast because it really highlighted compassion and grace in a cop, which is something we need to see more of. The part where he called John out for his arrogance was spot on, John knows fully that he's been in some of the most toxic and traumatic environments and situations as a nurse and has 100% soaked up some of the arrogance that nurses have. That arrogance is a defense mechanism to being treated like absolute crap though, there is always healing that still needs to be done when you're in certain professions. I love that this episode happened to kind of show the trauma in nursing while highlighting a cop with true compassion grace and patience. That's what made this episode for me. We love you John but be nice to your friends, you have a good one there!

RNs can go into so many other jobs that aren't direct bedside care. That RN license is super versatile and not every job needs to be a 12-hr shift.

Love the podcasts but found this particular guest very uptight. Love the laughable, fun vibe and he did not pass it. 😂 but, watching to support you anyway ❤❤

Wow I just really do not like him. He thinks you and his wife aren’t able to multitask?
