CHOCOLATE "ROUGH" MUFFIN (SHORT VIDEO)

Chocolate and coconut? GREAT COMBINATION! In this vlog, I'll be sharing with you my favorite muffin recipe that I've learned from a recipe book given to me by a friend. This choc-rough muffin is a pure delight that you can use for catering, online selling of baked goods and even as a gift during special occasions.
To bake this delicious concoction of chocolate and coconut muffin you will need the following ingredients...
125 g Salted Butter (room temperature)
125 g White Sugar
2 pcs. Eggs
185 g or 185 ml Buttermilk or Milk
250 g All-Purpose Flour
4 Tbsp. 100% Cocoa Powder
4 g or 1 tsp. Baking Powder
175 g Chocolate Chips
45 g Desicated Coconut
OVEN TEMPERATURE: 160°c Convection Oven
180° Regular Oven
BAKING TIME: 20 to 25 minutes
MATERIALS NEEDED: Piping bag, muffin cups
