Not just NCO but all your soldiers. In the Marine corps as E-3 lance corporal I had a brand new 2nd lieutenant and he was having difficulty with a piece of equipment. I was ready to help because I have experience with it and he seemed to let pride or something get in the way. He refused to get anyone's help and instead complained about it.
We are all on the same team, and trying to accomplish the mission. Thanks for this, I help others see your comment and get reminded that pride comes before a fall.
I head to ADA BOLC in sill in 3 weeks. This helps. Keep up the good content.
Thank you, do well! We’ll cross paths hopefully!
Heading to BOLC in September. Thank you for the advice :)
Hope you enjoy it!
