Thank you for making this representation of Cincinnati's favorite train. The final scene coming into the Union Terminal, the platform of which was demolished while the Terminal still stands, is incredible. Thank you!
Absolutely A True Work Of Art WorkSimOfficial! It is saddening that none where preserved but they live on through our memories and memorabilia of this once proud train. Long Live the Mighty B&O! Connecting 13 Great States With The Nation! I am purchasing a new Trainz 2010 Sim and will be after this trainset as quickly as i can.
The Cincinnatian was one and is (in model form) one of my favorite trains. I grew up not far from the line to Chillicothe. While I never saw the Cincinnatian on this line. (I was too young.) I was able to see the "National and Metropolitan" Limited on daily basis. I like your video very much, but I have one issue. The Cincinnatian arrived at Union Terminal from the North after a stop at Winton Place and not from the South as shown. Can this be altered? Excellent graphics and sounds. Thanks.
I would like to eventually see all the versions of the Royal Blue: the old version pulled by the 4-4-0s, the 1935 version pulled by the V-2 Hudson "Lord Baltimore", and the 1937 version with the streamlined P-7 Pacific #5304.
I don't ever remember riding a steam passenger train back in the day. But I did ride in cab of steamer while switching cars in Meadow Run yard near Wellston, Ohio. My dad was a yard clerk there until it closed in early 60's.
This train reminds me of the readings crusader train from jersey city to I think Atlantic City like the blue comet but will you guys make the reading crusaders or blue comet
Absolutely great model and passenger cars. You did a very great job on this. Also-Will you ever modify this model to an unstreamlined version? There’s an example at the B&O Railroad Museum, and it’s numbered 5300. I’d like to see that.
If only we could time travel and bring back with us the trains, cars, morals, patriotism, and (especially) prices from a better time, while retaining our computers, Nintendo, etc.
Of course I'd have things so that the steamers were more efficient and the cars had the similar interiors to today. But the cars would still be pretty flashing in design.
Wait, if 5300 (the only surviving B&O Pacific) is a P7, then perhaps it could be restored and streamlined into a P7d like the ones on the Cincinnatian?
Frank F. Addison Could be I spoke to some B&O employees and they said that the Washington is feasible but the boiler may need work as it has not ran since August 1957.
Sir, Beautiful, great angled, well detailed, and thought out (planned) simulator. It's better illustration than the real shots. I request you send this URL to Golden Gate Depot 0-scale importer who is currently trying to bring these magnificent blue and gray cars. I think they couldn't do it 5 years ago for the B&O but did it for SP/UP, PRR and NYC. this video proves the steam engine P7 pulled those modern cars too.
Glad you like the video! The cars were just modified standard coaches that the B&O already had built. Brasstrains dot com has a few decent sets of Cincinnatian cars available.
I like Trains kid What ever email was used when the model was bought, I send that email a link to download the cdp file. Open the games content manager and drag the cdp into the content manager window and it'll install.
I won’t lie. When I saw Athens, OH appear, I got really excited. None of those rail lines are there anymore. But the station is
saw this train in cincinnati. it was doing the detroit run by then. it was magnificent.
Thank you for making this representation of Cincinnati's favorite train. The final scene coming into the Union Terminal, the platform of which was demolished while the Terminal still stands, is incredible. Thank you!
GUYS LISTEN!!! Steve doesn't get routes, usually he builds scenes one by one for these promo videos.
The Arctic Gamer Ok, true.
Yes.
Fantastic, so realistic engine sound. Wish all Trainz engine could sound that good. Great scenery! Good production.

For the last time we have 5300!

Can you make B&O Royal Blue?

Currently building the Patterson Creek Cuttoff and looking forward to using this on it!
I love this Promo because i live in Cincinnati Nice Job Steve!!
That Cincinnatian is real good, with the shrouding of course. =D
This engine is the same type of engine as Caitlin from Thomas & Friends.
She’s based on this guy.
Thanks bud! Too bad none were preserved :(
Someone should make an "if only we saved:" episode where 5301 (in this video) was preserved.
They should recreate one, the blueprints have to be out there somewhere
Yeah too bad.
We have 5300 in my hometown of baltimore
Imagine if B&O 5300 get restored and streamlined
@kltrainz when you launching the cars with the locomotive? The photos?
What did you use for the bridge/diamond sound
1. Her whistle sounds like 844's
2. Her bell sounds like u got it from the old ATSF northern model for trainz 2006 (I think)
Nice train! 👍 Just subbed btw. 😊
I use to live right next to this line.
That whistle sounds a bit like N&W 611 in 1984.
I know right
To me, it sounded like UP 844's current whistle.
are you driving on some sort of elevated route
do you think you'll distribute your base board layouts?
Not saying you should but It would be nice to see all of your old locomotives remastered
agreed
@ K&L Trainz
Is there gonna be a Trainz on th Sp 4449? It's one my favorite trains.
Plus: This video needs more likes!!!! It's awsomely realistic!!!!!!
love the 4449
Are there any blueprints or diagrams for this locomotive?
holey-moley, hey also when will your route be out or is it still under construction?
After this maybe "president" train and consist. The green train b&o pacific outside the same museum
Dat whistle doe.
If only we could time travel and bring back with us the trains, cars, morals, patriotism, and (especially) prices from a better time, while retaining our computers, Nintendo, etc.
I know right
Of course I'd have things so that the steamers were more efficient and the cars had the similar interiors to today. But the cars would still be pretty flashing in design.
Wish it could happen
Just leave the racism and prejudice that came with that time
Yeah bro. But that would be a challenge.
6:24 Is that Marlboro's Ps4 from VMD next to the PRR K4?
Yes
not to nitpick, but i think Mt Royal is backwards, or the train is.
Is that a K5b in the background next to 1361? 6:25
Its the Southern 1401 from Virtual Motive Division
K&L Trainz It’s no longer available, is it?
Most of the original route was abandoned by CSX, right?
3:22-4:01: I do just that when I check out new stuff at the store.
OMG where is the Cincinnati Union Terminal Routes download?
I live in Cincinnati and I would kill for that route
+Jackboy317 There is no route. Its just a bunch of scenes I made of each location for the video.
ahhhhh but ill tell u something.
seeing that station never gets old
+stevelerro how do you make these amazing scenes
hey steve, would you mind if u can send me Marlboro's k4 and tis harpers farry route please btw im a kid
What asset was used for cincinatti union terminal?
Wouldn’t it be awesome if there was a FanFiction where Thomas met the Cincinnatian
Oh boy
Wait, if 5300 (the only surviving B&O Pacific) is a P7, then perhaps it could be restored and streamlined into a P7d like the ones on the Cincinnatian?

That's what I said😁😁
Is the Cinncinatian available for T:ANE as well? It looks awsome!
Everything on the site works in t:ane EXCEPT the New Haven 2-8-0.
Ok, Thanks!
Was the 2-8-0 one of the first models made by you? Can you also do a promo of it? or not

LeNoir the Premier Passenger Engine
This is cool!

in poland
That enginesound didn’t work out well.
No idea what you’re talking about
Unlike most enginesounds on the trains, this one somehow let some of the tracksound through.@@KLTrainz
(Buddythetruck2018) can you make a speed test for streamline steam and desiel loco
Is the loco a hudson
Close, but it is actually a 4-6-2 Pacific. The 4-6-4s were Hudsons. Hope this helps. Chris
It does
Thank you for telling me
DeadPool Tacos No prob, glad it helped!
B&O had only 4 Hudsons, but I do wish that they had been streamlined for the Cincinnatian instead of the 4 Pacifics.
We have 5300. We could restore and streamline her
Year built:1927
Base of m’s Caitlin
Eeh don't exactly care for the bell but great whistle
Zoom

what is the wooden part of the bridge in 2:31
Thats part of the passenger platform. Half the station is on the ground and the other half runs along side the bridge over the river.
