    Sorry to see you're having problems man. When it comes to sports cars that tend to get beat on, I typically only buy them new. Especially on something like a GTR and their $20k transmissions. That way if something breaks I know exactly how the car has been treated

    You could increase the clutch capacity. Only recommend if you have a bunch of bolt ons. My fbo with e85 is set to +3 for A and B

    it's a limp mode thing, your clutch isn't grabbing so the rpms rise but the vehicle doesn't go anywhere. have you checked for codes with the a/p? likely a faulty pressure sensor if it is temperature related.

      i fixed it and it ended up being the clutch capabilities. i had to increase those in the cobb a/p

    I had the same problem on 16 gtr. I sold the car and bought 19 nsx. now im driving 21 sti and no more high $ car headaches.

      i did not get a custom TCM tune. am running a "stock style" tune from cobb. but, im dropping a video tomorrow that shows how easy of a fix this was.

    What year is your car? It looks like a 17+ , if so I thought Cobb did not make acessports for those. I have a 2020 gtr. All stock …..ish, and no problems.

      Yep, 2017. Cobb access port works for all years (as far as I know).

    I was trying to find the video you posted that you fixed the issue. I may have same problem. Car is fully stock... I may have to get a cobb

      its the video right after this one. all i did was increase the clutch capabilities to 4 and it fixed it

    i'm sure by now you have uploaded one of the maps on the a/p i like LC4 for by 09 cba with dba trans. that quick shifting looks like the factory map

    Sounds like a Sheptrans or Jack's Transmissions thing, you might as well upgrade now if its a mechanical part issue not just a sensor or something.

    When you tune it, you basically kill the transmission with time

      i had to use my cobb accessport to increase my clutch capabilities. i set them to +2. you can also do this if you have ecutek. i go over how to do this in my video "i got my gtr stuck in the snow"

      @@BurntRubber nah bro I don't even have a gtr but I have an m3 with dct but it's doing the same thing as your but I just saw u fixed it but changing the tranny fluid. Also I just looked under my car and it has fluid all around the pan😔so hopefully I just have to change the gasket and fluid(also my transmission is making a loudish grinding sound like if the clutch is going out)

      @@Motorsports_3 ah gotcha, yes change fluid and gasket. Will help a lot. Also, one thing that helped me was increasing my clutch capabilities. Don’t know if you have a way to do that but if you can it should help a lot.

      Clutch capabilities. Turned them up on my Cobb access port and fixed the problem. Check out the video I posted after this one and I mention how I fixed it.
