Hope this helps you change all the speakers in your chevy tahoe 1996 it is pretty easy but the door panel can be fun to get off hope you can use the tutorial to help you take it off

The rear door does not need to be taken apart like the front. Incase you didn't figure it out yet, for next time, just pop out the factory grill piece and you have instant access to the speaker

How do you take the speaker out once you remove the grill? Do you just pop the black screws out or something?

@jrock5360 Yes. Those aren't screws, they're fasteners. They pop out. You might be able to reuse them if you install aftermarket speakers.

That capacitor on the back of the tweeter is a bass blocker :)

Wonderful job letting everyone know what a terrible idea it is to watch this video bc you don’t explain that you’re gonna need to solder anything before you start. I sure hope nobody has to wait several days with their panel off before they can get their speakers in because of you’re absolute idiocracy

Thanks, i just laughed pretty hard, you didnt watch the video in its entirety to know exactly what you would need tool wise before starting your project. Soldering can be done very easily if not use butt connectors, calling someone out because you don't possess a skill and are il prepared from improper preparation tactics. Next time, plan better and accept some accountability for your actions. All could have been avoided with proper preparation, own your own fault, and you will be better for it.
