Great video! I’m going to try using more cloth napkins for myself, I don’t know if my family will follow but it’s a start. We steer away from soda because it’s just not good for anyone. Occasionally we drink sweet tea, we are from Texas, and that is a treat for us.

Yep. No water bottles here in the house too. We have our own hydro flask in that way we can also track our water intake per day and we also use stainless steel straws 😊
