    EXECUTE
    Deep inhale to expand into the midback
    Exhale to elongate the lats, hips, and spine
    Relax deeper into stretch with each exhale
    FOCUS
    Expand into midback during inhalation
    Calmly expel all air from lungs during long exhalation
    Attempt to stretch your arms furhter out and sink lower with every breath
