Ito hinahanap ko na vlog, yung may gamit ng torque wrench iba kasi impact gamit, nag ooverthink din ako dati kapag ginamit yun sa motor ko baka ma loss thread, slamat sa very precise na trabaho boss keep it up, 💯
Importante sa paghigpit gamitan ng torque wrench ( based on torque specs of each nuts and bolts of manufacturer). Iyan mga powertools pang tanggal mabuti. Iyong mga ibang powertools may settings kanya kaya nila gamitan ng pag higpit ang mga tires tulad sa FI at Nascar. Flange type na nut sakto diyan na self locking sa variator. May stopper iyan iyong bushing niya. Ayos din iyan video mo. Good job.
Iyong washer ng drive Face ay conical para itulak niya ang nut at hindi lumuwag. ang chamfer ay sa edge ng washer (cutting kung ilang degrees; e.g., 35 degrees or 45 degrees) ang purpose ng chamfer ay para wag masugatan ang mekaniko pag hinawakan ang edge ng isang round/square or iba pa na shape ng object.

We sometimes use a thread reviving tool kapag hindi na nakakamay, same thread size; same pitch, and depth, sabay palit ng new nut.

There a uniform guide online which you can search if the manufacturer service manual is not available. It must depend on the kind of material. Diameter and thickness of the fasteners (nuts and bolts for example).

It may seem to work pero repeated over-torquing may cause some problems in the future. Good thing malaki rin yung shaft diameter and nut ng hondas.

For most yamaha small scooter models, same lang po. There is also a universal torque value chart online depende sa sizes and materials.

We use 42 sa primary and 35 sa secondary, both in ft-lbs

Replace lang if close to 20k km. Be sure din na hindi sobrang kapal ng pulley washer. Changing to a firmer center spring also helps.

It should be in the service manual. There are guides online also that lists the recommended torque based on material, ID, and OD.
