I like how they make a point by saying regular nails pop off easily then they just dont test how well their “better” product does in comparison lmao
Personally I’m so over polygel. It’s extremely difficult to work with, and the way they apply it in the video isn’t even correct technique. Polygel usually breaks off at the free edge for me, and idk what “acrylic” they had in the video but acrylic is NOT brittle. Sorry to vent I’m just so over this lmao
And they use press ons instead of actual acrylics in the first example and then expects us to trust them that it works smh 😁🤔🤔

I have acrylics rn and let me tell you they aren’t thin and brittle. They are actually nice. The “acrylics” in the video are most likely glue ons.

i was gonna say, i have never seen an acrylic nail do that unless it’s been on for a long time.
I've consistently had acrylics since I was 14 (so 12yrs now) and the ONLY time they've come off like that is when I forget to book in with my tech, it's been 8 weeks and I jam my fingertip into a wall. Is polygel good? Yes. Are acrylics bad? No.

To anyone wondering, polygel is literally just soft gel and acrylic. They have the same properties, wear time, and learning curve as the other two options.

Acrylic is stronger than any other nail enhancing material followed by gel then polygel
these are NOT as simple as they make it out to be. plus poly gel is a pain & a half to get off. it’s NOT as strong as acrylic, & if your acrylics pop off the same way that press on did at the beginning, you need to find a new nail tech.

Never do! I got these are it ruined my nails, they are extremely brittle and don’t work, it feels worse then press ons and usually the chemicals ruins your finger. It also snaps off frequently which may remove your actual mail from your finger
