There's actually a musical on youtube by Starkid called "The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals" and it's just the best, you should make a reaction video about it!! Ps: They also made the Very Potter Musical series which had a pretty great impact on the HP fandom like hufflepuff being great finders if you want to watch it too but they're musicals too and the audio for the first 2 isn't the best
okay it’s been a year, you need to do HSM 2 & 3, they get so much better, especially the 3rd one, which premiered in theaters, the budget was insane and the plot was actually really good, the perfect ending for the trilogy!!
Sharpay and Ryan are the best part of the entire HSM series lol. Poor Ryan's character suffered from it being the early 00s though. They made him gay as fuck and then never fully delivered. Except by giving him a super gay song with Chad in the second movie lol. Someone else commented this as well but you should totally react to Starkid's "The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals"! You should watch Jump In. It's a Disney film that came out after this and also stars the guy who plays Chad. And it's not a musical (at least they don't sing them)
If you haven't seen it, a fantastic movie musical to watch (also starring Zac Efron) is "Hairspray" (2007)! It's amazing and a good "musical for people who don't like musicals" I think. Most people seem to enjoy it a lot because the subject matter is actually pretty heavy -- mainly focusing on body image and the racism/segregation of Baltimore in 1962! There's a *lot* of songs though. It's basically a bunch of music videos put together to tell a story for 2 hours, but nearly every song is a BANGER! It's just a great feel-good flick.
