- This honey soy glazed chicken breast recipe is everybody's favorite! It's so easy and delicious that I cook it almost everyday! Dinner is ready just in 15 minutes with a few ingredients. Perfect meals for a busy nights and lazy Sundays. Also this can be made with any protein - beef, lamb, shrimp and even tofu!

Ingredients:
2 Medium boneless chicken breast, 175g each
4-5 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 inch Ginger, finely chopped about 2 tsp
2-3 Spring onion, finely chopped, green, and white parts separated.
200g Broccoli
Sauce:
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp chili flakes
1 Cup chicken stock
For garnishing:
Some finely chopped green part of the spring onion and sesame seeds.
Serve with sautéed vegetables or boiled rice and enjoy!
