4 basa fish fillets
For the Seasoning:
Salt, pepper and chili flakes
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 tsp dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 medium shallot, finely chopped
2 tbsp capers
1 tsp lemon zest
For the sauteed potetoes:
2 medium-sized potetoes, diced with skin on
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
