  • Two weeks into the process of desulfating my batteries, It's not because I'm wildly impressed with the result,,,, yet
If you want My PlayHouse Desulfator Kit 1.1, it can be ordered here : www.myplayhous...
The yellow battery tester I used is still available, but a lot more smarter ones, can now be bought : amzn.to/3pxrylI
    THE THEORY
Batteries often fail because “sulfates” slowly develop and cover the battery plates. This sulfating process also weakens the electrolyte and this combined with the gradual coating of the plates slowly and almost imperceptibly reduces the battery’s ability to receive, store and then deliver power. This sulfating process gradually impairs battery function and causes a capacity loss until the battery can no longer perform the desired task and so the battery is deemed to have “failed”. However using an Auto Pulse Battery Desulfator can reverse the process by dissolving the sulfates, cleaning the plates and restoring the electrolyte strength so improving a battery’s life and capacity for an extended period.
    FUNCTION
The High-frequency Peak Pulse delivers an electronically controlled pulse to the battery causing crystalline sulfates to dissolve back into the electrolyte and so restoring battery function and electrolyte strength regaining the batteries ability to receive charging current and deliver discharge current.

The orange auto pulse desulfators work much better if you charge a dead battery with a non smart charger connected to the dead battery in parallel with the desulfator. I revived a battery that was left uncharged on the shelf for 7 years, works like new now...

Hello,♥️ thanks for the video. How long does the sulfur removal device for a car battery 75 amp take, 24 hours, 3 days, or a week?? ✅♥️

Not all Battery desulfators are the same. You might want to try a PulseTech PowerPulse passive battery desulfator on one of your dead batteries and see if it can recover it and may take 30 days depending on how badly sulfated it is, Pulse Tech claims that their patented frequency they use can extend the life of a battery up to three times. Noco Genius 5 and 10, and CTEK battery chargers have a repair mode that I believe use 16 volt pulses to desulfate a battery.

You should check electrolytic level on the bad battery, maybe the cell are dry. On your others batteries, internal resistance look good.
My own experience with desulfator is it works, I also check on oscilloscope the voltage pulse juste to make sure it is present, some vendors sell fake desulfator which does nothing, the voltage pulse too small to do anything. On my desulfator, I have a +1 to +2V pulse over 13.4V of the charger.

Do not try to desulfate a battery without charge :) Sulfation is the other name of discharging.

Cold cranking amperes (CCA) is the amount of current a battery can provide at 0 °F (−18 °C)

Pretty sure you need to give these batteries hell and create heat so you expand the lead and contract it to get the sulfating to fall off.

If it's the internal resistance of the lead acid battery then milliohms IS correct. Lead acid batteries are low impedance devices.
