- Check out this initial comparison of my Arrma Mojave 4s and my new Losi Baja Rey 2.0. If you've seen any of my videos you'll know how much I love my Mojave and I bought the Losi to try it out mainly for the scale realism.
So far I am extremely pleased with what I'm seeing but won't really know for sure until I get it out and run a few packs thru.

Amazing that you got a Method!! I love my Baja Rey Raptor V2. A lot of the upgrades i did on that one; they already come on this. Definitely make sure to shoe goo/dry wall mesh tape this body.....it is flimsy flimsy flimsy. Also, you can have crazy fun off roading this thing and it'll jump and fly well as well.......but not 20 ft in the air and off ramps. Its definitely not made for it, even though for the most part it will handle it!
Spektrum 130A comes in the Lasernut as well and rated for 4s. But the motor is a 1900kv. I think u may have heat issues with a 3800kv on 4s; well, u should use a fan regardless. So happy for you and btw, you have a very cool way of speaking!! Rock on brother!

Those are 2 very different RC’s the Losi is more of a scale oriented basher usually scale & basher means some is going to break if ya bash to hard. The Mojave is a straight up beast that is fast & can bash. I’m looking at both of these right now I already have the Mojave 6s I’m leaning towards the Mojave 4s based on price & performance but if the Isenberg version of the Losi comes back in stock I may get it. But I only have one Losi & it’s for a reason I have a Losi Lasernut & I love the look but it’s the worst RC I’ve ever had it’s a money pit & I never even bashed it hard I’d say I’ve had it out probably 20 times & usually what would happen is you would run it 2 times & it would break & has done it over & over its mostly been the difs last time I had it out I had put a new center dif in & took it out & the rear went out it’s now been sitting for months. This is why I don’t have another Losi but I’m guessing they most have improved by now. 🤷🏻♂️

I love these Baja Rey's as the retro bodies are so awesome. So you're telling me that the diff has issues right out the box? I only run my cars around the neighborhood and just go back in the hobby after 25 years off. I definitely like my LOSI SCTE v1 and its a great tough truck with little maintenance required, because I don't have patience or time for extra, unnecessary fixing on stuff that should not wear out too quickly. I really would like the LOSE Baja Rey v1, the KING SHOCKS one is so dope. Ill probably get that or the Mint 400 one first and get the 2nd gen one after, just to snatch it up before its discontinued. Definitely a gem check my Ved out i got the big brother to your 35 inch long ,,27 pounds,thses truck so realistic and fun ,matince is real,and your right definitely a driver truck.

Did you ever figure out the 3S solution for your battery compartment? There's a simple fix: a screw on the aluminum bottom holds a plastic brace in there. 30 seconds to remove it. I'm sure you've figured that out long ago as you seem pretty knowledgeable, but I thought I'd throw it out there. Nice vid. Thanks for it.
