- Today, I present you the foulest of feasts. Roasted turkey, with an excrement stuffing, beer battered pizza, cans and cans of spam, and an awful smelling drink garnished with a kiwi. A few roaches got caught in the mix, but it should still taste the same.

Hey Enter, I apologize for any harmful words. To be honest, I didn't know much about you until around summer of 2017. That's when I REALLY saw how much shit you get and then it even got worse during your Kickstarter. I also watched your video where you said that you went to the hospital cause of your depression and stress. That hit home for me since I have love ones in my life who suffer severe depression. So yeah, sorry for all of the unwarranted hate you get man. You really don't deserve it. I wish you the best moving forward. Your bad movie reviews are fun to watch!

Hey, I wanted to apologize. I had a good time working with you. Not really any complaints at all, you were my first major collab and I did it because a ton of my fans wanted me to. I honestly had no idea who you were before that. Anyway, after the collabs went up I had to hear it for YEARS about "why did you work with Enter?" "When are you working with him again?" "Are you still bffs with Enter?" And I got so sick of it. LIke this wasn't even trolls, just annoying fans, or little kids... but it still got to me. So I ignored you, and I never reached out again. And for that I'm really sorry.

I've never really understood the widespread hatred against you. I'll admit that there have been videos of yours where I've said "well, I wouldn't put it that way" or "I wouldn't do that..." but the widespread negativity thrown your way is just based on the fact that some people aren't interested in your stuff. It shows a weird mindset to HATE someone because you find their content sub-par. I know I've made videos making fun of UA-cam content, but I think I've always done it in a lighthearted fashion. I despise the idea of people harassing RWJ or anyone else because I've poked fun at them, and I seriously worry about anyone who dedicated multiple videos to attacking certain figures. I'll say this now: the trend of making "hate martyrs" out of living, breathing people is why I can not stand the commentary community or the "skeptic" crowd (for the most part, some of them I can mind).
The commentary community is cancer. The algorithm has turned against them, and they're a dying race. I knew Tom for a while, he used to email me art when he was just starting out and I shouted him out once. But I've not been happy with where he has taken his channel, and I can't really openly support him anymore. He just fails to understand the repercussions of doing what he does, and he's just too young to grasp how it hurts people in the real world.
I wish you the best man, sorry that you have to deal with this bullshit.

These days, I don't get why Mr. Enter still gets flak. He has toned down the unnecessary anger and pretty fixed most of the issues with his channel. Yet, some people still have a bone to pick with him.

My biggest question is why is he getting all of this hate? I mean they all pull the shitty editing and not funny cards etc etc, and to a degree I do agree. But Mr. Enter's videos are ultimately harmless unlike something like Leafy and the Paul brothers. Those deserve the hate because they actually do cause harm, while Mr. Enter all that he really does is complain about shows.

It's because the Internet attitude is "never forgive, never forget". A post made twenty years ago shows up in the same font as a post made twenty minutes ago. People conflate everything as having just happened.

One is a breach of privacy the other is a breach of physical display and the two are awful in their own rightful ways for the metallity department. Nude leaks get their stuff tossed around, slandering can take away jobs and run off friends because people villanize the people related to the accused/sladered
Two years later, Turkey Tom lost 2000 subscribers (and counting) and his reputation has gone down the sewer drain after Pyro made the video debunking his false allegations.
That is one of the great ways to end the already sinking ship that is 2020.

Hey this is Izzy from the Pizza Party Podcast.
A few of us are in a discord together and there was a discussion on how to address this, privately or publicly. Some of us have chosen to do it privately in fear of it being seen as more of a PR move than an earnest apology. I'm personally more of a fan to publicly apologizing and be transparent as possible because of our fan-bases can be desperate for drama and info and honestly people need to know that apologizing and admitting fault is an option. I will only speak for myself and I would like to formally apologize if anything and everything that I had said that has harmed you. During a podcast it can be easy to forget that when we are riffing on subject, be it people or cartoons that what we say can eventually make its way back to the person or people. I've had my fair share of hurtful comments directed at me and I can completely empathize with you but in a much much smaller capacity. The weight of the situation didn't hit me til I watched this video. You go through so much hate, and I'm extremely sorry that I contributed to that.
I agree with the segment about Pan and our podcast; we do have a large following of impressionable people and we should strive better to live by example. I will admit that the tone of our podcast probably won't change too dramatically but I will do my best to watch what I personally say and how I go about certain topics going forward. If there is anything that you personally want out of me that will help make this apology more acceptable then you are more than welcome to DM me on twitter (ArtistIzzy) and we can disuss it further.
I would like to end this with a sincere compliment, I think you're a very resilient person Mr. Enter. You get a lot of hate but you are still here making videos and doing what you enjoy. Regardless if a person dislikes you and your content, they must admit that your determination is admirable and should be respected.

You were one of the first analysts I found on youtube and one of my biggest influences in regards to the tone of my own content. Sure, there are things that you do or say that I don't agree with, and that's ok. There are things I have said and done in the past that has caused me similar grief as what you have been going through. Accountability shows maturity in that one is willing to change. I have also had to make videos that address these things, including confronting those who cause grief towards me and my friends or colleagues. Though I don't name people who do this, I simply say; 'hey, if the cap fits, wear it.' Naming those who have caused you so much grief I feel was the right thing to do in this case because in this case it's just been a nonstop bombardment for two years. No one deserves that.
No one deserves this sort of treatment, and the ones you have mentioned in this video should have known better. One can give someone constructive criticism without resorting to harassment or causing slander and defamation. Constructive criticism should point out what we are doing wrong and give us the tools to get better. It should be given in a coherent, knowledgeable and respectful way. Funny how often people forget about the 'constructive part when giving their socalled constructive criticism.
You have stayed consistent in your content over the years while also improving in quality. Keep at it, dude. Stay Creative. :)

Hi Munchkin. I was going to say the same thing. Mr Enter may not be a perfect person. Some of his older reviews are a bit on the clumsy side, but if people are going to shit on him for comments and ideas he had then, they need to seriously think about what they're doing. Enter influenced the way I feel about animation in many ways and I still listen to his recent reviews, regardless of whether I agree with what he says or not. Also, I've noticed a lot of the people who attack him always, always bring up his autism and make disgusting ableist statements as well as remarks about his sexuality, which immediately makes me lose what patience I had with his critics.

I was probably around 7 when rickrolling was a thing. I wasn't into the internet back then, kind of wish I knew about it or wish I was a little older so that I could've experienced those times.
I still remember the art of trolling true capitalist radio.
The worst I saw was this live stream that I, regrettably, watched where a group of people read Enter's Growing Around book. They would read it in these obnoxious voices and would go after his character every time they found something they didn't like. At one point, they read a section of the book they believed to be depicting emotional abuse and would then insinuate that Enter was promoting emotional abuse. They even had the gall to have money that was donated to their live stream to be then be donated to a child abuse prevention center and next to the link in their description read, "fuck you, mr. enter." I don't think I've ever saw that much malice from an unsubstantiated projection of some one on the internet. I'm a writer myself and would feel absolutely awful if someone took my work then claim I was some terrible person.

Agreed, so many people hear a hunch or believe a fake narrative and think it’s real. What sucks is that their are two types, A. Those who actually believe what their doing is right and will witch hunt the person and make their lives miserable even though they are innocent with no real evidence proving he claims. And B. Those who defend their claims by saying their ‘criticisms’ are for ‘satire’ and don’t mean it, when if it was satire then they’d simply apologize but turkey tom didn’t....so his criticisms aren’t satire, which makes it actual cyber bullying which cannot be apologized for (unless it hasn’t reached a damaging level to the innocent person.)

If writers were forced to make sure their stories trigger no one's bad memories, then we would have no stories because anything can be traumatic for people.

Here's my opinion. The difference between trolling and cyberbullying is the amount of harm intended or actually inflicted. If it doesn't cause harm and isn't intended to, it's trolling. If it causes harm or is intended to cause harm, it's cyberbullying.

Analyzing and critiquing media = taking things seriously? What? I get the feeling people who say things like that are just insecure about their own intellect.
As someone who’s legit commented stuff like that (at most twice the whole time I’ve known of Enter, to be fair), I had honestly never considered that analyzing stuff could be fun for people. Part of that is because I’m autistic (higher functioning) so I struggle with understanding different perspectives, but most of it is due to me doing most of my analyzing for school and being too exhausted to do so in my free time. The funny thing is, I enjoy a couple of other cartoon reviewers and how they critique children’s cartoons but excluded Enter from all that because it was cool to hate on him at the time. While I can’t say I’ll be a fan of his, I at least now have a respect for what Enter does, even if his way of doing it isn’t my cup of tea.
The sentiment is one I agree with but in practice the realm of "too serious" MrEnter enters is where the judgements come from a place too out of touch with the scource material.
A much better term for what Enter does is "reading too far into things" mixed with judgement stemming fron his own personal moral bias regardless of the souce's intention.

The Goode Family review was quite depressing, not because it was a bad review; I am fine with his opinions. But it was quite sad hearing about the state of the world. It was so depressing that I watched Dorbees just to cheer myself up. Not only was his presentation and line delivery obnoxious, it was immediately clear to me that he has ZERO interest in being factually accurate and only wants to stir up drama to gain attention for himself. From what I've heard, he's still in his mid-teens and it _shows_
For every video he puts out, he is further ruining his future prospects of having any kind of respect in his adult life. His videos were okay at first (not great, but ok) but I noticed he was going downhill when he commented on EZ PZ's horrible video, and then came his Indiegogo video and that's when I gave up on him entirely.....
I find it hilariously ironic that MarsReviews made a video about “The Problem With the Cartoon Community” and yet he did not understand one bit of the actual issue, yet the “most hated cartoon critic” actually DOES understand the problem with the cartoon community.
I recently had a commenter on one of my videos saying how they saw my comment saying how I originally thought MarsReviews was a good critic but when I saw how he was treating my friend PhantomStrider and you, Enter, that I began to dislike him. That commenter asked if my logic made any sense, and I replied that it did, stating that I’ve seen how it affects you guys mentally. What MarsReviews has done goes beyond just criticizing, it’s actually harmful toxic criticism.
I know you’ve made mistakes in the past, but it is very clear to me that you are the type of person who is willing to fix those mistakes, unlike many of the people you mentioned in your video here. Plus, I know PhantomStrider likes you and I trust his judgement extremely.
I hope one day karma comes to bite these people. While I don’t support harassment to the degree that you’ve been receiving it for anyone no matter how much of a jerk they are, those people who have bullied you are the ones who deserve to be the most hated in the community. Not you.

Yeah, you can say things like “you can like whoever you want, it’s just my opinion” in your videos, PhantomStrider does too, but last time I checked PhantomStrider doesn’t actually attack creators and destroy their mental health.

Turkey Tom is in complete support of using Ad-Hominems. (He admitted this on Twitter) Not only that be he thinks it's a normal thing to make fun of others while using Ad-Hominems. and honestly I find Tom to be very shady at what he does. I'm also not a fan of his style videos. It feels more like a Kiwi Farms article than a critique.
I also find it ironic that he can't handle a pressured argument, yet his entire channel is based on humiliating and insulting other people. Enter also points out the same thing I've repeated many times the whole "Saying edgy things to someone immoral, because it's justified because they are like that" which is just a Freudian excuse because they can get away with what they do as long as they say its criticism. (Which also adds to Tom's support of using Ad Hominems)
Tom's actions and words are constantly at a disconnect. He says he was to see others improve or that he doesn't hate them, but then makes pedo accusations, contradicts his actions etc I don't wanna say he's a horrible human being, but imo he gets wrapped up to much into what he does that he just comes as an ED article wanting as many insults before the last minute mark. I don't understand it either. There are plenty of reviewers of cartoons who could be accused of 'taking them too seriously,' and yet Enter seems to get a disproportionate amount of shit for it. It's like these people think that Enter is the only guy on the internet reviewing kids shows.
I agree with you completely, people made fun of me for "taking the image of a Disney princess too seriously". It was an edit of Cinderella snorting cocane on Pinterest and as someone who grew up watching Disney movies, this really bothered me. One because it sends a terrible message to young girls who look up to her as a role model and two it's disrespectful to her character. I know it's just some dumb edit on the internet but it still upset me, you know?

This is the first video that I've seen from you in years.
When I first started watching your content, I was just a kid going from middle school to high school. I really liked your video that tore into the "Squidward torture porns" of modern Spongebob; I found it insightful and opened my eyes to seeing animated shows through a serious lense.
It's because of you that I got introduced to shows like Star Vs.
However, in a few years, I felt that I could no longer enjoy your content; I listened to other people's criticisms of your... criticisms and I agreed with them: I wasn't too fond of the mic quality, I didn't like the grading scales of what constituted an Animated Atrocity and an Admirable Admiration, etc.
I preferred more cynical, raunchy, yet still respectful criticism like in the style of Red Letter Media or YourMovieSucks, stuff that dissected very specific and technical elements like shot composition, editing, etc. while still entertaining and engaging.
I grew up.
And here I am, back again, watching this video because it blew up in notoriety, an explosion to the powder keg of criticisms and harassment of you and your channel.
Though I've haven't been a fan of yours for years, it's saddening to see all of this come to light, to see all of these content creators that I'm a fan of having a hand in sending harassment your way.
Even though I'm not really a fan of yours anymore, you're still a guy who *tries* to do things you really want to do; even though something like setting up a goal online that requires a studio-level amount of money, you still did something about trying to fulfill a dream. Contrast that with me who's stuck in community college and still debating on whether or not I want to start making UA-cam content.
I may not be a fan of your content anymore, but that doesn't mean you deserve to have shit thrown your way. No one does.

To be fair, he has actually started talking about more technical issues with the things he reviews, though bad writing and bad indications and morals are still what he cracks down hardest on.
I don't think it is fair to judge him by the past as many of his harassers do, and I think he has improved, and broadened his knowledge in reviewing, maybe give him another shot?

Why does it seem like Mr. Enter's fandom is a cesspool for harassment, slander, and stalkers? I've never seen someone aside from Gabbie Hanna or Jeffrey Starr who got this amount of hate, and those two actually deserved the shit they got. What did Mr. Enter do? Get angry at some creators?
