You can probably make more shapes in between the mouths, morphing automatically doesnt seem to be easy to make(for the plugin) in Ae but it might be possible somehow, especially if its a live Ae shape layer.
There is a wrench icon bottom right When you press it it should take you to the setting There you can find the language setting select your landuage and press the confirm button "Sorry there may be some misspelling im not american"

What property do I keyframe to have the mouth move in my animation?
I followed the rig exactly and the mouth is moving as shown in the video, but I can't animate, the value is not animating
You need to animate the position on the C slider

On the x-Position of the Circle Slider Shape. Hold Keyframes would do the job.
