That looks delicious!!! The only thing that's missing is the brown sugary glaze that should have been on the bottom of the pan before you put the pineapple in!!! That's the best part, YUMMY!!!!

Instead of cutting the core out of the cross cut slices, just cut the peeled pineapple into quarters. Now the core can be cut easily and the quarters slice better.
