I know everything you say because it is true, I experienced it, and what was the most profound part was how everything looked like higher resolution, like reality was 4k, and normal resolution is like 720p, do you know anything about this? because dopamine and neural networks connect to an idea, so the idea gets physical form trough the neural network of the brain, so by disconnecting from thought maybe you notably free-up neuroplasticity idk, I think maybe amygdala is involved so its emotion that bonds, that is why it is called trauma bond, trauma bond is the most extreme form of neurological modulation of thoughts, basically im curious how it frees the brain processing, another metaphor used is how the water gets still, maybe the metaphor is how the brain processes the ripples, the ripples are thoughts, and its a waste of processing, because our brains has limited processing power, that is why spirituality is not supernatural, its a natural normal process. more evidence is autistic idiots whom show an enormous localized connection potential thus its an inherent limitation, prob done on purpose to keep us as slaves for anunakki or something

Very good points thanks.. it's what i have been gradually realising.. that in life we are best to just BE Us and not try to analyse or punish ourselves for what we feel, or let others dictate to us what we "should" do or think or be, as long as we are true to ourselves (and don't harm others against their will)...just do what we feel is best in any moment.. do whatever WE feel is best at any moment.. that's the best way
