Hello Frank, I used to live out at Midway acres, 84-86. Casa Grande was a nice small, quiet cotton farming community back then. I was there in '15 to visit one of my backyard neighbors. I was shocked as to how big it's grown. I came off of I-10 S. at the first Casa Grande exit and I thought I'd made a mistake. The place was so unrecognizable to the point I was lost and even missed the turn-off to Midway acres. Then it took me some time backtracking to even find the house I was looking for once I got into my old AO. I now catch your program every once in a while in Phnom Penh Cambodia. I've been living here in SE Asia for about 23 years now (- 1.5) and don't miss the stress one bit. In all these years and four countries I've lived in, I have yet to encounter any road rage. That being said, I was in Prescott last summer (VA) after 4 years and as I pulled out of a doctor's office driveway in PV there was some traffic (4 vehicles) approaching in the distance backed up behind a lifted PU truck. All of a sudden, I heard a horn blaring behind me, and it was that PU truck that I'm sure had to speed up to get on my bumper/6. Road rage for sure, but I just ignored the little B......H! I did live in Peeples Valley briefly, mid 2013-early 15. Never once did I ever encounter any problems. And yes, Prescott has changed dramatically in the previous 4 and not in a positive way either! I'm a 100% disabled 78yo PTSD vet, so I can use all the solitude I can get. You seem to be a level headed easy going person, so I don't but do know where the trolls come from. Everyone in the US seems to have an axe to grind with whomever they run across. None of that over here. Fine with me! Watch your 6 Amigo!
Maybe it's me but when I'm driving on the highway 5 mph over the posted speed is my limit. Doing speeds like 100 mph is insane something unexpected like a tire failure, someone changing lanes no turn signal you have zero time to react so you end up dead or severely injured and some poor person ends up the same. Glad to see FwF is back.
Depends a lot on where you live. 'Highways' where I am now 5 over would clog even the right-most lane. A three lane highway might have a speed limit of 60, a two lane might be 40 or even 35. A lot of these speeds were determined by land use rather than road design. Not near 100, but 80-90 is 20-30 over and as Frank would say 'criminal speed'!
“Hi UA-cam”😂😂 i was waiting on Frank to ask him to step out bc he asked about weapons and said it’s video games then have you been drinking any of those bud lights. Lol i was surprised he didn’t i know Frank can tell when people are lying and i can only guess he could tell he was being honest!

I have had to go to a few night courts over the years, minor tickets.... makes the TV show with Harry Anderson look like filming of a real-time documentary. The cast of characters picked right from central casting (in the real courtroom). Most of the cases were silly neighbor disputes.... often starts with a new fence or a hoarding issue. They saved the serious stuff for the morning arraignments while participants are held in county lockup.
@@georgemiller2746 Judge Fleishman videos crack me up. He is awesome... as is Judge Simpson. As batsheet crazy the SC tend to be, they are not without a COGENT POINT. It's not hard to do out in the CA and AZ deserts, with the straight roads in good condition. You drive 70 MPH on the interstates, and it's comfortable, and you get in the habit. Then, get on a nice straight highway with no traffic, and it's easy to edge up to 70 again.

That's why they don't care because Frank just let him go. I tried that in Pennsylvania, and I would have been put in hand cuffs and taken to jail.
"Any weapons in your car?" Frank then lowers his right hand with splayed fingers to confirm he has one holstered. It's so satisfying to watch well-trained officers do their job.
Fridays are better with Frank!
Love the longer episodes! Keep it up!
How in the hell do you not know you're ridiculously speeding? Dope
He knew. You don't drive a truck 100 mph and not know it.
Frank you are far too nice...certain I would not be able be so cool about the amount laws broken. That was a view on your character, better man then me....Big props Frank!! Thanks for all you're service.
Thank you for another great video!
I wish all cops behaved like Frank. He is a true professional!
Thank you for coming back, Deputy Sloup 🎉
Love these. Keep up the good work. Wish we had you here in Florida
Need to have a new ticket acronym, DWHUA . Driving With Head Up Ass.😂
1:15 Frank was definitely ready for some target practice at that point.
I saw that I don't think iever seen him do that b4😂
😬 yeah his hand movement was slick
I love the fact that he has the smart siren
I just love how he gets the job done, professionally and swiftly but it's done with a smile and with a lot of patience with some people. Brilliant. There are some good and nice cops out there
You never wanna hear Frank say “OK, hang tight” as he walks back to his car.
Great job Deputy Frank Sloup 👍 keep it up. Be safe out there Sir.
Frank your so cool! It makes me want to drive from GA to AZ so I can speed in Pinal County and meet you. Thanks for being one of the good guys out there keeping us safe!
"any weapons in your car?" as Frank is patting his gun... lol
Thanks Frank and I like your caution approaching a stopped vehicle.
"Ahhh....I'm learning.......but you're not" hahahaha
No insurance suspended tags and they drove off? Im confused
This has been answered dozens of times. The State Legislature changed the law. It is no longer a mandatory tow unless the driver has never had a license.
Deputy Sloup you are my favorite guy.... love to watch your videos...❤ from the granny from Cape Town South Africa....
Crazy to think about how much he has to mentally juggle. Did you see his hand go to his firearm when the guy took too long to answer the "weapons in vehicle" question? The situation, and Frank's reaction to it, changes on a second-by-second rate.
The condescending "...and not go to jail" was good
Love your videos! 💕
How did you comment 10 hours before the video was posted?
Thanks for all you do out here Frank love the videos keep doing what you do 💯👍😃
Hi frank ..be safe out there on the road .. 🙏
100 mph for that truck is pretty much top speed
Hope you enjoyed your time off. This is a funny. You’re the best. Stay safe.
The second driver’s learning curve appears to be a reduction of 3 MPH per year. My bad math skills tells me that he will be spot on in 2033.
Hahaha I was thinking the same thing.
Frank on that 1st truck 🚚
U should have got them for Dark Tint as well ❤😊
Maybe it's me but when I'm driving on the highway 5 mph over the posted speed is my limit.
This must have been recorded last year. December 27th is on a Friday this year.
Happy birthday to my hubby.
I met sheriff Lamb once when we were traveling through Arizona, he is super super cool took selfies with me. Gave me a hug asked me about myself. I was also hoping to see Frank, but I didn’t if I had to get a ticket I would want it to be Frank I would drive away, smiling.
Well I didn’t realize how bad I was addicted to these until they didn’t post one last week
I love that road because of how fast the trains go flying through there. I suppose we never see those because of the loudness of the noise. Thanks and stay safe!
Why are drivers without insurance allowed to drive away and especially driving 40 over the posted speed limits and risk causing harm to Law abiding citizens 🤔
This has been answered dozens of times. The State Legislature changed the law. It is no longer a mandatory tow unless the driver has never had a license.
@pacificcoast101 the people of Arizona need to change that Law.
It would be fun for them to film when they go see the judge. Frank could go show up and all of them could discuss the ticket, tickets
Love the soft innocent bedtime music playing during these videos.... 🤣
at least the first guy was respectful. thank you for being you deputy sloup
I would love to see those court dates on video :) See the explanations for speeding :). That would be fun.
Love FWF. Cheers me up no end. Thank you .
Deputy Frank is Pinal County's very own Santa Claus for traffic offense ticketing.
Deputy Obvious! I love how you always point out the obvious things that you pulled these people over for ! We need you in Washington state!
These stops should be required viewing for all police. His demeanor and knowledge of the law is exemplary.
100 mph in a 50 zone, and the dude doesn’t seem to think he did anything wrong!
Howdy from Temple, Texas! How're y'all?
My sister lives in Temple. You're starting to have problems with Sovereign Citizens and 1st Amendment auditors there. Stay safe .
@@georgemiller2746 News to me.
@@georgemiller2746 Judge Fleishman videos crack me up. He is awesome... as is Judge Simpson. As batsheet crazy the SC tend to be, they are not without a COGENT POINT. THEY JUST DO NOT KNOW HOW to leverage the laws that will affect them to best advantage. There was a recent EXCEPTION to that, and the guy got respect from the judge. He did so by respecting the court, and being self-educated enough to use case law in his defense. It really was unusual. Usually, you get people reciting from the same pamphlet and being exceedingly emotional.
Music choice is on point for these. Also keep up the great work on community outreach like this. Hopefully it will help relations between police and the public.
A true professional in every sense of the word, embodying the highest standards of what law enforcement should represent.
that statement is lie frank is a bad cop look up the brady list and youll find him, and he was fired at one and he needed to move to work again.
"I'm gonna give you the opportunity to go and talk to the judge..."
100mph and no seatbelt? He also eats a lot of fast food and smokes tobacco wow living dangerously will make for a short life.
A real man
With that many chins it's looking like you're living dangerously too. Try eating healthy and exercising. You'll live longer.
"Just woke up at 2'clock."
"That is awesome."
LMAO
100 MPH in a 50 is insane, even 91 is insane. Even if it was 70 as the driver thinks, that's still insane.
It's not hard to do out in the CA and AZ deserts, with the straight roads in good condition. You drive 70 MPH on the interstates, and it's comfortable, and you get in the habit. Then, get on a nice straight highway with no traffic, and it's easy to edge up to 70 again.
In his defense the speed limits tend to be ridiculously low out there but 100 is too fast I agree
Frank reaching for his pistol had me nervous 😂 that man has high fived people carrying 😂 dude just respond to his questions I know you had to have reached for the bag and opened it!
