My whole life I have rested and slept on my left side and so months ago I decided to start to do it in the other side 😂 let’s hope it balances it UPDATE: So a couple of people asked for updates hahaha. Well, here’s the thing, we all obviously know that it is nearly impossible to rearrange your whole face structure naturally. However, changing habits like resting my face on my right hand instead of the left, or sleeping on my right side, does changes things a bit. For example, my mouth from the right side was droopy but when I started sleeping on it, it kinda balanced to like the other side? And also I regularly look at myself with the inverted filter on tiktok and every time I open it I feel more comfortable with myself! Both because of the small changes and because I’m getting used to it I guess. Finally, I try to do more facial massages on my right side which is the droopy one. These changes won’t probably be permanent but it helps structuring your face. Remember to take care of your skin and love you for who you are:)
I engaged in almost all of the habits you mentioned in here and have as a result of that - an evidently assymetrical face. I'm learning to accept and work on it ! Thankyou so much for this very informative video ❤️
Oh man... So much realization... I do tend to chew with my left side AND i also prop up my face on my left hand!! And my left side of the face does look bulkier :O wow... OKay, I need to work on it haha! Thank you for a very informative video!
Same :( my left cheek looks so bulkier but if i take photos with selfie camera or look myself in the mirror, my face looks fine but if somebody takes my photograph from their back camera i look like a peanut 🥜
This was quite eye opening! I have always noticed that on one side of my face (right side) my cheeck is bigger and the jaw sits higher. And now I have connected that its exactly how my hips sit! Right side is higher than the left, that’s crazy! I have also found a not on the jaw on the right side. I gonna try and massage to see if anything changes. Thanks a lot for the insight
Great video. Suddenly I realized by your video something that I haven't realized by myself that I do all the 6 things that causes the facial asymmetry. And I do have facial asymmetry that I try for the past few months with it. Very frustrating.... 😕😕

Omfg i was wondering if chewing in the left my whole life would have effects... at the same time im crying because my right side is droopy im so dumb 😭😭😭
This has definitely happened to me, my right side had more fat ?! Its become more tighter since ive been using a face roller for lymphatic drainage. I dont know if its fat or bloatedness or cos of bad habit
Hey, I'm a bit confused. So should I be working out the larger side of my face or the smaller? Also, would the side I chew with be larger or the opposite side? Would the side I sleep on me flatter?
Hi thank you for this ! I’ve been doing facial exercises but I have acne and the doctor told me to not touch my face. What can I do? And do you use any cream or oils to massage your face or just clean hands.
I never had any confirmation on this, but I always assumed that my raised eyebrow was because of an old bad habit I had for years. Thankfully, I managed to grow out of it :)
I am 17 now and my one sided face fat has reduced (left) due to which my one eye is looking bigger than the other one and i am looking ill. what method should i do to even out both of my cheeks? it may sound silly but now a days i worry much, knowing that my face is not even, what makes me worry so much is that i have never seen someone like me with an uneven cheeks. usually it makes me so worry, because my face is really assymetrical ; the left side of my face is drooping and puffy while the other one (the right side) is is more slim and lifted. sorry for questioning y'all! It just gets demotivating sometimes and just need some re assurance.
About the uneven eyebrows, I've always seen other videos saying to hold the weaker eyebrow down because of resistance training. Is that true or should I be holding the stronger eyebrow down like you said? 😊
I've got a question: I recently realized, that I'm just using my right side to chew and this obviously caused facial asymmetry. Now I wonder if it’s the right thing to just chew on the left side and balance it out, until my the muscles are „symmetrical“ again. Would you recommend doing so, or should I just eat regularly on both sides? Thank you so much!
It’s really hard to do so. Maybe start by chewing bubble gums on your weaker side and try to get used to chew your food on both sides equally. Otherwise it happens that the „weaker side“ is too overused at once because the muscle there isn’t as quite strong as your normally chewing side (it’s like u lift heavy weights although your arms aren’t prepared for it/ are too weak yet) hope it helps.
I'm using my left side to chew and yes thats make my face asymmetry and I try to chew on the right side to make it symmetrical again but my jaw are sliding to the right🥲

Thank you for this video! I was born with an asymmetrical everything unfortunately (everything on the left side is noticeably different than the right side down to my feet). It’s the way I was laying in the uterus. It is the most noticeable in my face (the right side is bigger than the left). It has been studied quite a bit and it is not the bone…just the flesh. I even had jaw surgery to correct a crooked jaw 16 years ago. I have unknowingly clinched down all of the teeth on the right side so I unconsciously only chew on the left side. I have even considered plastic surgery to take some of the fat out of my right cheek. Do you have any testimonials where someone went from complete asymmetrical to noticeably symmetrical? I won’t even take pictures anymore. It’s that noticeable. Thank you!

I wish it would be that easy 😊 As already mentioned, improving one habit won't move the needle. That really depends if the asymmetry is based on muscle tissue or on bone, since you aren't able to change your bone structure 😊 Facial exercises and massages can help to balance out the overall facial features while improving your daily habits that contributed to these imbalances.

у меня были все эти привычки🤠
Mam
I am from India (Haryana).
Suppose If I chewing one side then, this side is strong or loose???
Stronger sweetheart 💕
What i have to do to make in correct position
That really depends if the asymmetry is based on muscle tissue or on bone, since you aren't able to change your bone structure 😊 Facial exercises and massages can help to balance out the overall facial features while improving your daily habits that contributed to these imbalances.
I do have asymmetric face,my right cheek is bigger than left cheek, kindly suggest me in which side I should chew and which position I should sleep🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Check out my Q&As in Instagram on what's possible @allyoucanface 💕
I have one side of my face more voluminous than the other, what should I do?
Whenever I speak or sing my right down lips mostly go in side ....I feel uncomfortable......what should I do with that problem
For best improvements over time I always suggest my program at allyoucanface.com as it is difficult to answer such a complex concern in a comment 😊
