I love your exhaustive lists to fix specific problems in 3D printing. I always watch your videos and I am very appreciative of your effort to share your knowledge with the 3D printing community. Another excellent video! Keep them coming! 😉👍
Thanks man that means a lot! Yeah I love being able to help people with 3D printing issues, I know how frustrating they can be. I'll keep the videos coming for sure haha :)
Great video! I wish I had watched this when I had issues and needed to replace the extruder gear. I went with a metal gear which is supposed to last longer.
I just bought a used Ender 3 and it is having a problem extruding the filament. It loads all the way through to the nozzle but hardly any filament comes out when actually printing. It also has a loud clicking sound coming from the extruder motor or gears. Any ideas?
Yeah it could be for a few reasons depending on the cause, I made a video on this - ua-cam.com/video/jvuZxFhld6w/v-deo.html Usually comes down to lowering your build plate, increasing print temperature, also calibrating extruder steps. Try those things and let me know if it works
@@3D-Printerly Hi, Thanks. Turns out the Bowden cable was blocked, so I replaced it and the nozzle and it started to extrude, but the first couple of prints were hideous looking until I set the bed and then everything worked. Thanks for taking the time to help. 🙂
