When is Jeep going to update their engines for petrol and diesel ? Any plans for a flex fuel compliant (E-85, E-100) engine ?
They should bring Avenger to India
With the Jeep Cherokee you could easily take away some market from discovery, evoqe and likes but you dont seem to even try to Market that product, instead of bringing it with a diesel engine you have a petrol engine as only option, that too a 2L alfa romeo engine whcih gives 5kmpl or less. Everyone knows about the reliability issues with the alfa Rome cars. No interior colour options either. Jeep as a premium brand should do everything to sell the premium products insted of selling campass at premium price
What is Jeep doing in India? Launching facelift of Wrangler? Is Jeep India only there to cater high end market? I think so, they're plan is to build and export from India due to cheap cost of production and just fiddle here with Compass with some here and there changes. They are not taking India seriously coz if you wanna be serious Jeep India needs a solid Sub 4m SUV, successor of Compass, replace Meridian with something of XL6 kinda value for money product.
But since 3 years there has been no signs of it yet. There isn't any efforts like Citroen which is Jeep's sibling company under Stellantis.
Jeep ultimately will shut shop and only do exporting from India which is such a massive shame of their brand from the officials who run them.
They don't consider India as important market

When meridian facelift launching
Bring the Wrangler 3 door version to India
As a Fiat Linea owner for a decade, I believe Stallantis should rethink its approach to its lineup, engine choices, and service centers. Despite my love for my Linea, I lack confidence in their strategy, making me hesitant to buy another Stallantis product. Ironically, I've found joy in driving the Thar instead.
They should concentrate on service which is very poor I owe Compass it's my experience

Jeep fell of the cliff in China in terms of sales in 2024 so it has India which appears to be its last hope or is it Leap International ?
No one drives these off road. Most of the Jeeps are on tarmac 99% of the times.
American companies don’t take the Indian customer seriously and will end up digging their own graves.
They should start selling car at staring price of 7 lakh then their sale will boom
There's no way Jeep or Citroen will survive the next few years , BS-7 will be the Last nail in the coffin
Not BS 7, it is electric, 2035 will be banned in India for petrol and diesel cars.
