Hey Kae I know your not a tax consultant but if I have an LLC that made no income and I already filed my personal taxes and forgot to file my business taxes would I need to file an amended return ?

You don’t have to file federal taxes if you make less than $3000

The only thing I've ve done is to put money in my business account and buy stuff in Quilt a few times to build business credit. So would that qualify me to do this filing?

If the LLC is not active then you do not have to worry about it. But if you plan on activating it again then you will need to file BOI
