Nice presentation Bayo, however, too close to the ocean and risk of flooding? Also some of those beautiful trees will be destroyed to build houses and the ocean's front beauty will be lost. I think the land for sale should be a lot further back to preserve this location.
There are private beaches around the world. They are not even been utilised in Nigeria. Our coastal front is wasting away, when it could be generating revenue and providing jobs.
Beachfront are supposed to left in it's natural state. The business of commercialising all the beachfront in Lagos is abysmal. With all the enormous coast line in Lagos, people can no longer access the beach free of charge.
There is PLENTY of beaches to access for free in lagos. PLENTY! .even the ones in this video can be accessed by anyone. Most people just prefer the one that is privately managed for obvious reasons. cleanliness, maintenance, entertainment, amenities, infrastructure, community etc. how would someone want to go to a place like landmark for free ?? I have travelled to a lot of countries and a lot of beaches in other countries are also highly commercialized with resorts hotels , restaurants etc. You must have very strong confidence in the government to properly manage these things.
Actually on the contrary, the Beachfront in Lagos is wasting away, with no proper care. If you travel around the world you will realise how countries with not to great weather even have utilised their ocean fronts. Lagos or any other coastal state in Nigeria is no where near.

These plots of land doesn't have excision title. Neither would you be able to get C of O on the land nor building plan approval. Excision title exists Only on few strips of the land 300m away from the shore line along the solu road. Meanwhile those excided strips are zoned for only tourist use not residential or commercial development.
Personally, I could stay at a beach resort on a short vacation but I wouldn't invest in a beachfront property anywhere in the world, let alone in Nigeria! Storm surge and tsunamis are now a reality in our climate-changed world! Ask the folks in Florida!
Thank you for being such a positive force in the online community!
Thankyou so much! I'm glad you love my content

My advice to Africans living along coastal lines - DO NOT SELL! Invest on it!
I agree!
It will cashflows better as a beach hub NOT a residential hub. Leave beachfront lands alone. it's NOT the best location for residential development.
To the best of my knowledge. All beach front in Nigeria are for commercial, which means whatever you build, the public must have access.
Have Access By Paying To Get On That Beach In Lagos State. Maybe In The Villages @sapphirefenty4630
Great share!

Don't sell land. Lease it. Don't be a fool.
Great share!
Private residential should not be permitted. They should only allow holiday resorts along the sea shores
Exactly my take.. Residential should never be approved by the Building department.
Thanks for chiming in
