    It's only been 3 months, but any trouble with the Dorman part you used? I hear some people saying use genuine GM valve cover but after my recent Fiasco with the thermostat housing on the 1.8 that is just brittle plastic, I'm not so sure I need to pay triple price for a part that is no better

      @@brainpause No troubles so far. Dorman usually gets a bad rap but I've had mostly good success with them. Some electronic parts I wouldn't use them for though. But solid parts like this I don't see an issue. One perk is the lifetime warranty.
