He gets love and respect from the community but the executives black balled him.
Shan is ego driven (rightfully so) and had some personal issues that blocked him from greater success. Also didn't take great care of himself.

i don't know how all these wealthy rappers / Artists let a legend like MC. Shan walk around with his grill all messed up the way it is you telling me you can't get 5 wealthy Artists that Mc Shan paved the way for to find it in their hearts & each contribute & few thousand dollars to get that man' some teeth implants that would be life changing for the man .I couldn't let a family or friend go around with their mouth in such disarray without doing something to help .it's a shame .
