I will look for kid's books to practice. That's a great idea! As I wrote, we are planning our trip to Korea for September 2025. We will stay the whole month and first, I have to organize some friends to come to our house to take care of our cats so there is always someone here. Last time in Korea, we stayed in hotels but this way, there's no real possibility to speak and practice Korean.... Do you maybe know if there's a possibility to rent a room or so in a more private way to have someone to talk to from time to time??? I'm looking for an opportunity to stay in a place where I could practice more my Korean but I have absolutely no Idea yet.... And I must say that I really appreciated your class. I already had forgotten about gwa and wa... It's great to review different grammar points again. Thank you!!! Have a great time 🎉🎉🎉
During the lesson, I completely misunderstood 😂 One of my students is traveling to Korea in December with her husband. Why did I get confused? 🤣 You’re right-you have a lot of time to practice Korean slowly. That’s why I recommended trying regular speaking lessons. I thought about you coming to Korea and speaking Korean with people. Here are five ideas: 1.Meet and talk with a teacher you’ve been practicing with online. 2.Find some language exchange friends before coming to Korea. Many people meet their friends in person when they arrive in Korea. 3.Join a short two-week Korean class at a language school in Korea. 4.Use an app like Meetup to join gatherings and meet people. 5Practice speaking by asking for directions or asking about items while shopping or sightseeing. 😆 You have plenty of time, so take your time to think about it
I didn't think about this one but join a Korean school for two weeks or so in Korea seems a to be a good idea. I'm a little bit more skeptical about language exchange apps because I have been reading that many people seem to use them to find a Korean "oppa"... 😅. I have no need for that 😂😂😂 And I will go on talking to random people in Korea, like I did last time. I have absolutely no problem to find people to talk to on the street, in shops... 😂😂😂 And I told my husband that your lessons are very good. He will also attend your class from next week on. I agree with what you said. Honestly, it’s not easy to find. 😊 I didn’t see your question earlier, but I’ll answer it now. ‘Suwon’ is a recommended tourist destination. In Suwon, there is a cultural heritage site called ‘Suwon Hwaseong,’ and there are beautiful and charming streets nearby. Many people take pictures and enjoy coffee there. Try looking it up :D I recommend visiting Suwon. and welcome😆

Yesterday, the impeachment was finally successful, and the president's duties were suspended.🌈 I am currently at my sister's house, and I’ve been drinking beer nonstop since yesterday-today and even tomorrow, 🤣haha. I’m so happy. Democracy in Korea is making progress🎉🎉
Thank you for this new podcast! I followed your advice and went to Korea in early November to see the wonderful colors of the trees in autumn (ua-cam.com/video/6BLasXS15v0/v-deo.html). It was truly magical! I took over 1800 photos! I sometimes had a hard time climbing to see the temples and admire the scenery but it was definitely worth it! Plus, near the Hahoe village I had the chance to meet a film crew who were filming a scene for the drama Check in Hanyang! And of course I also discovered Seoul, Busan and many other beautiful places... I really liked Busan, especially because I am a fan of The Little Prince! Now, I will study this new podcast to try to improve my Korean skills! Have a great day!
