Respect to the audi guy, its not easy to always perfectly launch a manual, meanwhile all the others were just keeping 2 foot on 2 pedals not doing anything skillful...

That was my first thought... Hi mastered nearly every launch and gear... it is very easy to miss the right moment...
@@Naughty_Squad manual with kevlar clutch you can pedal to the metal and shoot on clutch, how could any automatic geaebox do that? You would instantly destroy clutch or converter in automatic doing that

I just got one of the new RS3s with the 2.5 five cylinder turbo. It’s an impressive engine. It’s actually a tad quicker than my previous car which was an M2 with a 6 cylinder twin turbo.
Plus there’s just something cool about a 5 cylinder

We had an Audi 100 C4 2.3 litr.. produced in 1992 , purchased in 2004 y , well done by german engineers , very great car

uzzie88 Launch Control exists so just keep your foot down on accelerator will be enough
Only stick shift should be allowed in these competitions. All automatic driver should go to real drag race, where everyone is driving with an automatic gear box.
But the little boys in their Nissan and Benz... will be blown away by the real 8000 BHP drag race monsters😂😂😂

the skill comes in where at matters disicions regarding the cars position and most optimal wayt to win a race, instead of seeing whos mechanical speed is faster and more experienced,
why give yourself a human associated burden of having to do something fast, and precise and seeing who can make that burden as light as possible. instead of removing that burden and seeing wh can make the best decisions on the track about their speed and positioning and what lines they take

Definitely better looking than the A6 it evolved into. The black bumper wrap around just looked so much better than the body coloured ones on the Mk.1 A6. I had a 100 2.3E.
I like to be different, so after Audi's got too popular, I now drive a Subaru Legacy with manual low range gearbox. That will beat anything off the line.

@@Bawell1000 на видео видно как из за мягкой подвески перед поднимается, тачка теряет сцепления и колебания снижают мощность машины, если поставить жёсткую подвеску то передняя часть не будет подниматься, тачка быстро и плавно сдвинется с места не теряя сцепления с дорогой и будет намного быстрее развивать скорость
Прокатись на велике с задней подвеской и без подвески поймешь сразу по своим ногам
всё правильно отсюда и пробуксовки со свистом,

I bought a new Audi 200 Quattro in 1989 also with pearl paint and 5-speed manual. I did a "stage 1" turbo boost that added another 60 horsepower, and very much enjoyed that car for the next 10 years.
Here i am 11 years later with my 1.9tdi a4 b6 avant who would have thought..

Wow I just remembered the 1st time I drove Audi 80. That was in 2000. It has a manual transmission. Really a fun car to drive.
Here in the states they call it an s4 or c4 s4/urs4. I used to have a really nice 1993 Audi S4 that had some very simple mods and could easily destroy many cars from the modern era with the right build these cars can beat anything even a GTR or a Tesla

It does have a bigger engine than any of them, and at least has the advantage of AWD.
