I wrap my pencils in neon pink tape. Otherwise I misplace them. I do the same to my most used bits, tape measure and remote controls in the workshop. Spray paint also works well.
Also helps stop them growing legs. I had some neon pink loadbinders/tie-down straps at one point because they were the only ones that didn't get 'borrowed' - some guys aren't as secure in their masculinity, I guess :-D
Mr Jim you're a gentleman and a scholar. Welding and fabricating, now that's another subject. You are what I would call a builder of masterpieces. Your shop and equipment are second to none . That table and clamps are aamazig. Kudos to your contribution to the people and surrounding businesses.Good Stuff!!
Good morning Jim Its amazing how one pair of hands can accomplice so much, It just goes to show how having the right tools and a property set up shop can make all the difference , Nice job . Thanks for sharing your time with us ..Pete M
Out of ALL the welders I see here on UA-cam I've got to say Jimbo, your welds are ABSOLUTELY incredible brother!!! PERFECT!!! I know that comes with years of experience but you are a skilled craftsman my friend, GREAT JOB!! 👍👍 Jay.
I don't know how you did it, but I drew up this project in my CAD program. Based on dimension(s) shown, I either had to go with 17 row's of Lattice, or shorten the free space(s) at each end 0.375" in., and go with 18 row's of Lattice. Great looking project. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Jimbo, like the idea of creating a draft through the workshop to extract the fumes - little things like this can have postive effect on our health. Professional as always.
Ahhhhh the joys of working in that Southern California sunshine! Jimbo it is -9 degree. C here today with 80 -100 KPH winds and heavy snowfall. All the roads in our county and the surrounding area are closed and we were without power from 11 pm last night till 11 am this morning! Care to trade places for a bit? Lol nice build by the way as usual!
Hello Sir, surfing in UA-cam I stumbled into your videos, I had leave in the wonderful California USA 🇺🇸 for many years, I still hold my Contractors License, I had done welding work for many years and I must say that I TRULY LOVE your professionalism, your videos are very instructional and motivating, I truly LOVE your working table, I would love to have one like that!! Your shop is absolutely beautiful!!! Big kudos to you Sir. A huge hello all the way Form Argentina 🇦🇷 South America!!
Minute 6:27 “I didn’t have a degree on this…” The geniuses in this world dropped out of college and went on their own path because they knew that a piece of paper was not going to make them better. You’re a smart man and you do great work. Keep it up my friend.
awesome jim, really nice work there. I have done the same thing with having all my surfaces at the same height, I find its an absolute must for a garage based workshop and limited space. Surfaces and space have to be multi functional.
i love your work ever think of making a a frame with a winch so you can roll it over your table and hoist it up im sure you have thought of that but i always come back to your channel because you sir are talented and seem to enjoy teaching
Well that section size dictates that aint gonna fall down any time soon . Very enjoyable to watch love the little end magnets great idea ..really do like the split between the commentary as you do and after during the time lapse , some vids ive seen comment as they go regardless of background noise and it just dont work as yours does ..great video as always thanks
When your doing big or technical angles draw it out on the floor to scale then you'll be able to find the cut length when the lines over lap and it works great as a temple / non fixed jig for repetitiveness in faster production situation.
Very nice job from the beginning to end Jimbo! And dual shield too? Sweet! I like running 2 pass cover, but only to give a meaty look (aesthetically) only, a second pass will not add any more tensile strength to the weldment.
Soooooo Quality, strength, orderly, and conscious conscience. No commercial .... Thank you very much

@@gordowg1wg145 Same! I used to get the bright neon pink extension cords for my guys. You could leave those out on a job site for weeks! LOL

I see a nice fume extractor in your future jimbo! Love the design and build but over here I’d need a full roof on that. Great build.

You make it look so easy JG! Love this channel
У тебя очень классный канал👍 спасибо за видео, очень интересно смотреть.
Зачем это железное решето весом с чугунный мост? Нет защиты ни от солнца, ни от дождя. Пафосная херня!!!
That’s a great looking barbecue trellis. Should provide enough shade for the barbecue chef in the California sun.
Sadly it won't. If you look at where the sun and shade are during the timelapse, you'll see that it won't provide much shade over the BBQ!
I've seen a dozen of these videos and those Strong Hand Corner Magnets get a shout-out every time.
Excellent job!
Awesome work
Well done Jim those where some big beams as supports .
Thanks Billy, Jimbo!
Wow beautiful work
When your doing big or technical angles draw it out on the floor to scale then you'll be able to find the cut length when the lines over lap and it works great as a temple / non fixed jig for repetitiveness in faster production situation.
Turned out great. Nice job.
Thanks Richard, Jimbo!

сварочного и вспомогательного оборудования больше, чем у всех наших ютуб-сварщиков.
that welding is magnificent!
good job.. Your tool is prefect.. You have long experience
Amazing work, how much is something like this cost i would like to get it installed in my backyard. thank you, Jim.
This guy loves the downhand welding
Wonderful job
Great job jimbo
I like this one..very good and inspiring
Excellent job. Really nice setup in your garage.
Wow, and I thought I over designed stuff! 1/4” wall on a 5x5 tube is impressive
I think the method used to support all of the other metal for the top. Add to that only two support legs . I think it's good for many years.
very nice.how do you protect it from rust?
great video love the welding table
Nice work Jimbo
It turned out great!
Looks great as always.
Thanks Ken, Jimbo!
Nice job jimbo

Im feeling jealous nice job Jimbo!!!!
nice job, kind of overkill just for semi-shade
How much SF is your garage? Did you have to knock down walls to get the space you have?
Дай Бог каждому такие мастерские, а не гараж 3х6
That is beautiful 😍
Parabéns ótimo trabalho 👍👏👏
Say hello to Brasil 🇧🇷 Good work absolutely fantastic!!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Very nice job from the beginning to end Jimbo! And dual shield too? Sweet! I like running 2 pass cover, but only to give a meaty look (aesthetically) only, a second pass will not add any more tensile strength to the weldment.
Thanks for watching Brady, Jimbo!
That's a great job man
