Hello good sir Baer, I humbly present to you some games you might enjoy to shake up the wheel or perhaps just to try.
1. Have a Nice Death, where you play the grim reaper suffering corporate burnout
2. Fights in Tight Spaces, a deckbuilder where you play a secret agent fighting groups of enemies in a small area
3. Exit the Gungeon, you know since Enter the Gungeon seems to be the wheels favourite we may as well put the sequel
Not sure if it's on UA-cam, but Baer actually had played Have a Nice Death :)

I was on edge for nearly the first third of this VOD given its title hoping nothing catastrophic would happen but it turned out to be all for naught. Couldn't agree more on that use of the Respin. Otherwise this was 3+ hours of a sheer masterclass in Roguelike Roulette and a how-to extend that P.B. to a big ol' phat N⁰ 9!!
Easiest timw travel? Pick Tracer in Overwatch and jump into practice range.

I hope this wasn't the episode with the "goof" at the beginning edited out... that part should stay in. (I'll leave it vague if it wasn't... the only problem with watching live and then VODs too)
In Tiny Rogues, I suggest you prioritize stats over temporary buffs. You turned down over a full level of stats over the course of the run.
When using mana weapons, attacking while the boss is off-screen does nothing but burn mana, leading to lower attack speed while the boss is around.
The attack speed boost you got was from a mana star, the little blue pickups that show up when you use enough mana.
Also, reducing your mana count and avoiding permanent mana stars tanked your damage and attack speed
