Thank you! Its sad that fakes has to ruin everything. Buying retail is just costly when you want a lot, but it might have to be about quality over quantity and save money
Thanks for posting - good lookin' out - I have been seeing a whole lot of fakes on Mercari. I look for well established sellers with lots of reviews, and I look for actual pictures of the items, not just stock photo. Lastly I compare with true stock photos from manufacturer's websites. I feel bad for the person that bought this one:(
It's frustrating that we even have to do all this work to ensure that a perfume is authentic. Really irrating when the codes come back authentic but it is still a fake.
Thank you. I just purchased a 4.2 Dior Purple oud from ebay. Label was higher than my other Diors. And thst same fake bstch code 2W01.. one thing , that one cannot tell from photos, id that the label text has a slight texturized feel. Luckily im getting refunded after opening an ebay case and a response from the seller. I do purchase also from Mercari, mostly Tom Ford and Frederic Malle. Gotta be vigilant and armed with knowledge. Ive learned a few new tips from video.
Mercari is loaded with fakes... most sellers have no selling history. I also check how many they've sold of the same perfume. Usually that's a warning sign but some sellers are wholesale and you will know based on their sales and ratings.
I am so disappointed I just found your video I wish I could send you pictures of the dior Ambre nuit I have just bought in the box sealed to get your thoughts ! 😮

If it looks like what I showed in the video it's probably fake and you should return it... especially if purchased off Mercari
@@Scentsibility I purchased off eBay I still have the photos but it’s rather hard to tell! I’m hoping eBay will intervene if it is fake, thanks!
Helpful video! Thanks Amber 🫶🏻
