My wife splashed her coffee and shorted out the one I had with upward-facing usb ports. I had to throw it away. I believe it is the Achilles heel of any exposed upward port like this in an automobile

The retractable is the worst because once the retraction fails you'll want to hide it rather than show it off. Also the image of some generic race car cheapens it.

Hey I like your video. I’m driving a MYLR 2023. And I tried to charge my AirPods, IPhone and other devices and it does not work with any adapter. I think it’s an issue with the weird USB C standards. However do you also have experienced this and did these adapters solved this issue? At the moment the ports are useless to me 😢

Which one offers fast charging? Most of these devices are the normal slo mo charge.

That Model Y was not my car it was one of the subscribers. Because my car has 19” Gemini wheel.
