So once you list in Shopify or Etsy, you cannot edit the design in Printful, right ? So if you realize you made an error, you need to delist and create a new one, correct ? thanks !
Hello @qwestpond great question! If you made an error on the design you would have to first edit the design for example in adobe illustrator, photoshop etc.
Then once you made those changes export your design. Next head on over to your Printful Dashboard, click on stores, click on your store, and you will see all of your listings.
Next choose the listing that you are trying to correct, there would be a button next to it that says "edit," click on that and you will see all the variants for that product.
Under the variants section there will be a button that says "bulk edit" to the right click on that (it will select all your variants), next click on the button that says "change print file." There you would be able to add in your new design without having to delist that listing.
