How to Oil and Filter change Ford 350 diesel

We added a new vehicle to the Man Cave!!!!
This truck is pretty sweet, Ford F-350 XLT Super Duty with a 6.4L turbo diesel V8 and lots lots of cool extras that make it awesome and great to drive or haul whatever.
