My case got the washer AND dryer treatment. The battery charger was stuck at 76%. I could only charge my ear buds if the case was plugged in. I took the case apart, unmounted the battery and cleaned every contact point and copper ribbon with WD-40. Put it back together and it WORKS! Thanks for the video. As for the guitar pick, you can pickup a new Gibson Les Paul custom shop for around $15K. Gibson will throw in a pick. You're set. 🤣
Shit i already unplugged the battery and lost a screw in the process. Did you spray wd40 all over the case?
@@bubblegum4914 u don't want that, you want the minimum wd40 possible and use some cotton buds to clean the place.
I've facing this exact issue, but even though i cleaned as indicated, the case is just charging my buds when it's plugged in. No lights when open the case unplugged...
I literally just watched this video. I took mine apart after months that it did not charge. I needed to readjust the battery and it's charging like before. Thank you.
I tried but unfortunately it didn't work for me. My case is still dead, no reaction to charging at all.
the case charges both by cable and wireless, they use separate ways to charge it, test the wireless way... it may be possible.
For those whose case does not charge by cable OR wireless... try the other type of charging, the case have different lanes to charge it.
Lane A is cable and Lane B is wireless, if you can't charge it by cable then try wireless.
Do you know if the battery could be the issue because the light in the case where the buds are isn't turning on. The light on the outside is on but the buds won't charge

Hey there my case got wet a while back ago and I am able to still charge my headphones but the case itself will not hold a charge. The light turns on when charging. Do you think this can be fixed with a battery swap? Thank you and great video.

I don't think that can be easily fixed..
A new case is in order
normally USB should handle the power itself and adjust accordingly. I use a 100 and 120 W charger for all my stuff and it works just fine.
Must be a bad / cheapo charger then.
