hey, this was such a helpful video but i do not know how to render it and remove the rocky icosphere not show in the render... How can i just make it the glass metaballs

You just need to select the icosphere and move it away from the camera view. After that you can render the animation.

Btw when I render, icosahedral is in the rendered image. How do I remove it from the render ?

Go to particles settings> render>show emitter, uncheck the show emitter option.
