- Hi everyone - If you are deciding between the Adults vs. Kids UGG Tasman shoe and want to know if there is a difference? Then watch this UGG Tasman slipper review video and I hope it helps with your decision making. I know I will be wearing these shoes sockless so I went ahead with the same size I wear with my classic UGGS.
If you are in between sizing like me and you plan to were them with socks more, then go with the smaller size for sure. Suede material will stretch out over time.

Thank you so much for doing this! You can’t beat Ugg for comfort. I LOVE the Tasman, but have the hardest time fitting them. I have to order a size down in the adult because I have a wide toe box but short feet. In my regular size, my feet always slip out. The Tasman is great because I can wear them with dresses and skirts, as well as pants, and I have a lot of skirts the Ugg boots and sneakers don’t work with. I want a lot of the kids’ styles because I love bright colors, but had no idea how they fit until now. I subscribed! ❤

I agree, I love the Tasman alot more than my regular Ugg boots, I feel it is definitely more versatile with items in your wardrobe. You're so lucky you were able to get the Kids size in the Tasman style. I still can't find the kids size for myself (Ha), I've given up and got the womens size (ugh). I like kids im a 8 in women i wear 7 in kids but 6 in uggs fit great they are snug at first but feel rlly comfy after wearing them
It's great to hear that many of us will go for the kids size especially when there is minimal difference. I'm the same, I get the snug fit vs. the looser fit especially when I know they will get looser over time.

So sorry for my late response. I've been so sick with a virus. I'm normally a 6.5 and the size 4 kids fit me fine, it was a bit snug but the shoe will stretch over time so you want to it to be a bit snug but not super tight where it's painful. I would say to go for a 4. I think a 3 will be too tight. Hope that helps.

Great video! How is the fit of the size 4 kids tasman compared to the size 6 womens? I’m leaning towards ordering the kids but am concerned if there’s a big difference in the width?
Thanks so much for the feedback. I found that the size 4 kids compared to the size 6 women's - was the same. In terms of width, I would say not much of a difference (though, I have narrow feet). If it helps, my mom wears a 6.5-7 (I'm a true 6.5) and she kept the kids 5 shoe vs. the women size (I didn't tell her there was a kid and adult size shoe, she didn't event notice). I just found the tan color on the UGG website and ordered myself and kids size 4. Keep in mind, I don't plan on wearing socks very often with these shoes so I don't mind that it feels a bit snug early on since the fur will become matted down with more wear.

I managed to score the Chestnut Kids 4 as well, and I am hoping it will work well for me as I am a Size 6 in Ugg womens but my feet are a bit wide 🥺 Or I will have to wait for the Size 5s to restock. @@lifewithying. I don’t tell my family either, when I gift them the kids’ shoes, and they have never noticed. It’s hard enough to get them to try Uggs because of the casual style, but when they put them on they don’t want to take them off. I’ve even got my man wearing the Tasman. He has hammer toes and he has no pain in them. He even wears them out for errands (I have bunions so I wear mine everywhere I can get away with it, even to work). ❤
@@alexislynn101I save $ by buying kid’s in many styles! In a few styles, there is a difference. For example, the women’s funkette has a high platform (at least 2”) but the kids has a 1” sole and I worry that the high pile fur trim might get dirty. So I’d check to see if there is any difference in the style, but they are usually the same. Good to know the Tasman fits the same!
Do these stretch after wearing? Mine feel snug and uncomfortable at the end after just getting them. I’m a 9-9.5 and got a 9. I wear them with socks
Hi - yes, these will definitely stretch. Leather and suede will stretch over time. I wear socks with mine as well.

Hi great video lots of good info. I do have a question if I'm a size 7 in women's and would want to wear socks with these would a size 8 be more appropriate? Also would a size 7 in men be equivalent to a 8 in women's? Thanks.
Hi - thanks so much for the feedback, appreciate it. Regards to your question, I think yes, maybe a size 8 would be best if you plan to wear it it with socks. However, please know that the inside fur might get matted down in the future so if you don't wear socks, it might feel too big. As for the comparison sizing between men and women, I pulled up the ugg sizing reference chart and you are correct, the size 7 in men would be equivalent to the women's size 8. Hello so which one you end up using on kids size? Size 4 or 5? For a 6.5 in W
Hi there. A women 6 is equivalent to a size 4. I went with uggs recommendation. I’m a true 6.5 so an ugg adult 6 and kids 4, fits me best. It’ll be tight fitting at first but the inside first gets matted down with wear overtime.

Hi - yes, size 6 in kids should work for you but make sure you can purchase it from a retailer who allows return just incase.
