蓝花 / 蝴蝶豆花 - Butterfly Pea Flower 制作美丽的蓝玫瑰粿
皮料 : Skin
A ( 可做24粒) (to make 24 pcs )
500 g 糯米粉 - 500 g glutinous rice flour
400 ml 温水 - 400 ml Warm water
2 湯匙油 - 2 tbsp Oil
1 湯匙黄糖 - 1 tbsp Brown sugar
B
20 g 粘米粉 - 20 g rice flour
200 ml 温水 - 200 ml Warm water
2湯匙油 - 2 tbsp Oil
绿豆馅料: mung bean filling
200 g 绿豆 - 200 g mung bean
100 ~150 g 黄糖 - 100 ~150 g Brown sugar
1 湯匙油 - 1 tbsp Oil
1片 香蕉叶 - 1 Pieces Banana leaf
50~100片 蓝花 / 蝴蝶豆花 - 50~100 Pieces Butterfly Bea Flower

chanced upon this channel which looking for ang ku kueh recipes. This lady is amazing. Very practical and down to earth explanations. This reminds me of back in the 60s and 70s where by those aunties and uncles using agar agar (something like feeling type) measurements and still dished out great kueh!!!! Thanks for sharing with us. You are not lor sor. You are amazing!!!! Keep up the good work!!! Its a pity my mom's ang ku kueh moulds were thrown away. Should have done the same as your deco!

Auntie I tried your Ang Ku Kueh yesterday. It was great. I couldn’t find the Aung Ku Keuh mold, but I used the moon cake’s. The texture of the kueh is just right, very bouncy and tasty. The green bean paste I found to be a bit dry, I will try mot to fry next time. The blue colour from the butterfly pea flower is really beautiful , got it from Amazon. Thanks again auntie.
