I love it, it's classic FilmCow. Every character having the same slightly altered voice, the paper cutout animation, the inclusion of horses, the wacky plotline, the biting social commentary (even though I can't figure out what it is), the horses, the lovingly hand-scribbled art! The action, the drama, the laughs! THE HORSES! No but seriously it's great to see FilmCow make a pure absurd comedy again, I was worried about you Jason. With all the depressing apocalyptic scenarios and stark introspection that plumbed the depths of human insanity, watching that paper cutout of a woman in a police uniform with a mustache and three guns bouncing along the ground like a used fast food box lying beside the road on a windy day filled me with all kinds of warm, happy, slightly damp feelings. It feels like I got to know you again for the first time except I never really knew you cuz I'm a random internet stranger but I'm JUST SO HAPPY.
I think you're reading too much into this. It would be like me saing Bino the Elephant is against scientists, llamas with hats is against llamas. Or that the cloak is against private investigators.
Holy crap, filmcow. The fact that her face was never painted. The fact she threw away the sandwich. The fact that the guns always get in the way. The friggin fact you created the VHS artifacts in ANALOG. Another artwork only you could have created. Great stuff!
There are so many cop shows out there already that it's hard to imagine there's any new ground to cover. But this show does just that! This groundbreaking debut completely reinvents its genre! Compelling characters and intense action scenes. 10/10 must watch!
I think you're reading too much into this. It would be like me saing Bino the Elephant is against scientists, llamas with hats is against llamas. Or that the cloak is against private investigators.
Carla Copface should meet Dad Cop 2. They would make a great team. Both of them like to commandeer things. Dad Cop 2 likes his ties, Carla likes her guns... together, they would fight crime harder than any cop duo in Hollywood history before them.
Makes me think of _The Royal Tenenbaums,_ his pre-made gravestone's epitaph reading "died heroically saving his family from the wreckage of a sinking battleship". That should be yours, Jason: *"died courageously punching an atom bomb to death".*
This is hilarious and topical to boot! Here's hoping this takes off. Also, I love the portrayal of real cop behavior when Carla says, "You really should of called the authorities about this." and the person replies with, "I thought that's what I was doing!"
I love the concepts call back to Dad Cop 2 without just being Dad Cop 2 2. Not that I'd have a problem with Dad Cop 2 2, that'd be incredible, I'm just always proud of Jason for willing to be original in a world where most creators are just wallowing in their older material.

Make sure to watch this in 4K!!!
I transferred this to and from a VCR using a PREMIUM GRADE VHS TAPE so you need to watch it in premium quality!
Nah im.watching this at 144p
“Um, actually, *snorts* this is 4:3, so it’s not even close to 4k. But then again, it’s only actually true 4k if it uploaded in 17:9 *snorts* .“
Um that isn't possible on a phone display and I'm still using the same 1080p monitor I've had for years so yeah
@@vinnyandlin8510 VHS is 352x240 resolution and in my opinion the only way to properly view that is in 4K.
The only way to properly appreciate the stunning visuals of 90's VHS image resolution is by watching it in stunning 4K.

I love that for some reason "the inclusion of horses" is a legitimate theme/signature of his work 😂
Everyone in town knows they are safe when Carla is on patrol. The streets are totally silent because no one wants to be shot by Carla and her 3 guns.
Or silent because any sound could distract Carla, causing her to drop her guns and shoot a stray bullet.
BILIONS of people know !!

My favorite thing about this video is that it looks like it has the resolution of an old VHS tape.
I actually transferred it to a VHS and then captured the VHS. 352x240 baby!

Every time you give a few minutes or a couple seconds to the world it’s always an experience 😂
Something tells me that Carla never got around to filing that report, and deep down Renita knew she wouldn't when she stayed behind. A selfless hero.
ACAB (Assigned Cop At Birth)
Genius.
It's been so many years and I still get pumped for a new filmcow series
'It feels good, like al your skin is about to fly off' is such a good line.
When Filmcow makes an original show, you watch it like a Saturday Morning Cartoon.
One Piece has Three-Swords Style.
Carla Copface has Three-Guns Style.
I've seen the cop face in my coffee 😏
Carla is the hero we should all strive to be in our communities
Looking forward to the Carla Copface / Detective Mittens crossover episode.
The graininess of the video really sells it! I love the style
Thats PREMIUM GRADE GRAININESS !!
I'm stoked for this long-awaited sequel to Dad Cop 2
I also was Assigned Cop At Birth, but I've transitioned since then. Good to see some ACAB representation
congratulations on your transition, you are now a good cop

Great character and choice of music. Glad that you're still creating your art and sharing it with us.
Fun fact, the intro song was also in Detective Heart of America - The Final Freedom, during the scene when America dies.
I love that even though she’s holding a gun, she uses the other gun in the same hand.
The sound design on the guns jangling against each other in Carla's hands, just perfection.
Carla Copface doesn’t play by the f’in rules or follow laws, she is the law!
Great cartoon, definitely my favorite of the most recent videos.

Assigned cop at birth vs "you really should've called the authorities about this" is beautiful
Yup. I'm putting this on a VHS tape
Wow that felt like minute long, didn't want it to end! Ty for gracing us again Mr cow!
The double gun drop combo was sublime
The 'oop' at every fumble is perfect. 😂
The level of production quality and attention to detail is *chefs kiss*
Enthralling, gripping leaves you wanting more!
We need more.
RIP Renita. Her sacrifice will never be forgotten.
The same emotional peaks as Oppenheimer. God damnit you’ve done it again

Sending thoughts and prayers to Ranita's family. She made the ultimate sacrifice for her country and is a national hero.

I have seen every film cow video ever made, and this is top 5 all time
I desperately want to watch more of this series now.
Can not wait for next part, this man is a legit genius, there is never a bad video
If only real cops were this competent
Im glad cops arent real
yeah real cops would have just driven out of state and let the robot do its thing lmao
The world has a true hero in Carla Copface. Only good can come of this.
Carla Copface is transition goals tbh
I get a lot of dad cop vibes from this. Excellent job, Jason!
In usual filmcow fashion, this is both a really good social commentary (this time on police in the USA) and also a total shitpost, great as always
Holy hell this is a commentary about policing? I did not notice. Especially not the part where it's a cop or anything.

Detective Heart of America/ Carla Copface crossover when?
A new FilmCow character has dropped
Filmcow never changes.
Could this be the long-awaited reboot of the cult-classic dad-cop series?
Dude you’re a fucking legend, I can’t believe you’re still making content and it makes me feel sad that the views aren’t what they used to be, either way, you’re my childhood. Thanks bro
awesome start of a new original series!
0:44 It took me a second to realize why I love that title card so much. The font and background remind me of The Twilight Zone's original title card.
ooooo can't wait to see the rest of the series!
That outro music is awesome
Yup... To this day, FilmCow is still a god at his craft! XD
I love the conker theme as the intro :3
From this day forward I'm going to refer to Henry Purcell's “Music for the Funeral of Queen Mary” as the Conker Theme.
Thats the music from "Clockwork Orange" movie.
It's the "America, it's... going away" music from DHoA, too, right?
All I got for my bar mitzvah was a dictionary, and she gets three guns. Not fair
Amazing as always.
I'm usually not one for watching cop media - but once more, Film Cow has me betraying my vows
I am just so happy that this is in lo-fi 4:3
:) Thanks for this.
You are inimitable.
The man in the red jacket has the same personality as the weasel from Charly the unicorn😂
To be fair to Renita, "punching an atom bomb to death" _is_ a rad way to die
That ending was such a cop-out.
Seriously, that cop got out SO HARD.
Oh man I can't wait to see what happens next! A new series from our boio is an amazing way to start the day!
Most realistic depiction of a cop in media
Carla probably got superpowers if she survived that.
Feels like the good old filmcow days
This is like a Dad Cop 2 prequel in the Copiverse
Or would it be the 2niverse?
I hope this takes place in the Dad Cop 2 Cinematic Universe
I have notifications turned on and I still somehow missed this. Thanks UA-cam

Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter
Dad Cop 3: Missing dadder editon
Daughter Cop 2

As much as it seems like she's dead, I'm fairly certain we'll see Renita again 😅
love the video style!
The VHS filter is the perfect seasoning to this masterpiece
thank you for your service 🖖
Instant classic
So I assume she's probably the child of DadCop 2
I was waiting for a cameo by Jessica at some point 😭
Renita kinda looks like mr. kill, or maybe the chief of police?
Excellent use of the Clockwork Orange music 😂
Hi flimcow! I loved Llamas with hats
do you love eating baby hands?
Take notes Hollywood, THIS is how you do strong female protagonists!
Never disappoints
I swear to God, FilmCow uploads are like crack.

Carla is keeping these streets safe.
Understandable, I earned this.
I’m looking forward to part two when Carla fights off mutants and radiation poisoning

I loooove the VHS look
Thank god she had her mustache to protect her from the nuclear blast wave!
The spiritual successor to Dad Cop 2
Okay i absolutely loved this one
