So out of touch. 1. Never stretch before working out in the gym! Instead warm-up nervous system or just with very light weighted upcoming exercises. 2. Never stop entirely when experiencing such injury but instead try moving around the area with light bands to get as much blood as possible to cure or control elbow injuries for example.

There is never absolutely necessary to wear high heeled shoes .and never will be
