In this video, I'll show you the unboxing of the new apple magic keyboard that can be recharged via an included lightning cable. I'll also show you how to instantly pair (connect) the keyboard to your mac.

One question. I’m planning to order this and the magic mouse for my desktop setup (it’s just a screen that connects with my MBP). How convenient is it and how fast does it connect if say I’m outside, i come home with my MBP and walk into the room. (The keyboard stays on). Will it need to be manually connected or do it itelf?

well you need to turn it on then use your account on Mac then click keyboard and click "connect bluetooth keyboard" to connect it
