  • This week we wrap up our complimentary training, where you’ve learned 6 of the 7 foundation exercises that are directly connected to the 108 Tai Chi moves.

    The foundation exercises are the fundamental element in changing the body. The Principles (which we'll cover in upcoming videos) ensure proper alignment for those foundations to work. The Tai Chi set gives you a set of moves to which you can apply the foundations and principles in a practical way.
